I lived at The Mirage for over 5 years and had a great experience. The staff are friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Maintenance is fast and reliable, huge shoutout to the maintenance supervisor, Julian, who always made sure issues were handled quickly and professionally. They’ve also done a lot of remodeling recently, and the upgrades really improve the overall feel of the property. Overall, highly recommend!

I’ve been living at The Mirage Apartments for a while now and overall it’s been a good experience. The property is kept clean, and the location is really convenient with easy access to everything around San Marcos. It’s generally a quiet community, which I appreciate. One of the biggest positives has been maintenance Julian, the supervisor, is always professional and responsive. Anytime I’ve put in a request, he’s followed up and made sure the issue was actually fixed, not just temporarily patched. It definitely makes a difference knowing things will be handled the right way.

Lived here for a few years. The maintenance supervisor Julian is awesome and very knowledgeable. Work orders are always completed fast and correctly. Maintenance is always on point. The mirage is a great apartment for students. The front office and maintenance staff have always been helpful and professional. Amy is always very knowledgeable and responds quickly to any concerns I have. The location is convenient, and the bus stop makes it easy to get around. I also love coming to the resident events when I can!
