Lived here for a few years. The maintenance supervisor Julian is awesome and very knowledgeable. Work orders are always completed fast and correctly. Maintenance is always on point. Great property to live at definitely recommend living here. Thanks for everything. And the office management Amy and Dakota are amazing ♥️

Marilyn is a customer service superstar! Her friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made my experience truly exceptional. She's patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping customers. I left feeling valued and impressed by her outstanding service.

I moved here in august and my experience has been great, with any maintenance requests being attended to in a timely manner and usually the same day. Joel Douga is the GOAT he’s very attentive and helpful with repairs and gets things done in a timely manner, he’s very friendly and knowledgeable, very hands-on and handsome. He is such a hard worker and needs a raise!

Was having a rough time looking for apartments for next semester that made it feel like home. Thankfully when I went to tour The Mirage Marilyn made it feel like I found my home away from home. She was exceptional at answering all my questions and made the tour feel comfortable and not awkward. If I sign she will be one of the main reasons.

Julian came to my apartment to repair a door that was not closing properly. He was very friendly, professional, and attentive to the issue. He took the time to ensure the door was functioning correctly before leaving. What stood out most was his dedication to quality service—he even returned later the same day to check that the door was still working properly before finishing his day. I truly appreciate his professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to making sure the repair was done right.
