I’ve loved my experience living at The Cottages! The front desk team has always been incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. Especially Isabella, Rachel, Scott, Bernardo, and Joaquin. Whether I had a general question, needed help finding a package, assistance navigating the resident portal, or simply enjoyed seeing a familiar face, they were always happy to help! I also have to give a special shoutout to Phoebe, who gave my roommates and me an amazing tour while we were apartment hunting. Her enthusiasm and helpfulness made a lasting impression and played a big role in our decision to live here.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the front desk staff. isabella was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful.she made the process easy and clear. i am also loving the new clubhouse & our awesome pool. the best times are had a the cottages, i definitely recommend.

Isabella has been incredibly helpful and professional. She is always friendly, responds quickly to questions, and goes out of her way to make sure residents have a positive experience. Her communication is excellent, and she genuinely cares about helping people. The apartment complex is lucky to have her on the team!

I absolutely love the cottages, it’s been my second home this past year and I can’t wait to live there this next year! Dylan is the person to go to with any queries or insights! She helped me to figure out my resident portal as it was a bit confusing to me but she cleared up any and all issues i had! I can tell she really loves and cares about her job! The cottages staff is so hospitable and caring and I can’t wait to be an official resident!
