Cottages at San Marcos, san-marcos-tx

I went and toured the cottages trying to find a place to live next year and Phoebe was super helpful. She was so bright and seemed to really love her job. She gave me and my friends great service with the tour. She was sure to answer any questions we had and was very knowledgeable. She was the best tour guide.

This is my first year at the cottages and it has been a fun, the apartments are really nice. I’d like to thank Bella for updating me on the things that are happening at the cottages. She’s a new member, who’s so friendly and sweet. I’ve loved my stay at the cottages.

I love the cottages ! There’s no where else I’d want to live in San Marcos. The maintenance always comes in a timely manner, the leasing office is always helpful. Phoebe took me on my tour and from then I knew I could call this place home.

I've loved being a part of the community The Cottages has built; they are so attentive to the needs of their residents, especially their front office staff. Isabella, Scott and Bernardo are so friendly and will always listen if you have an issue. Dylan and Joaquin always work to find the best option for any resolution and are so professional

Isabella has been incredibly helpful and professional. She is always friendly, responds quickly to questions, and goes out of her way to make sure residents have a positive experience. Her communication is excellent, and she genuinely cares about helping people. The apartment complex is lucky to have her on the team!
