The apartments and space are nice. The amenities are horrible, the pool is almost always closed or dirty, the gym is a complete safety hazard, almost all the equipment is broken or missing. Even before i lived here and i visited friends that lived here, i would see that the gym was in terrible condition, which is so disappointing because these apartments could be great if the amenities were maintained

only been here 24 hours but our unit was in good shape - however, that was most likely due to previous renters cleaning before leaving. only issue is that the door doesnt lock, and our toilets dont have screws so the seats will come off lol. comparing this to the last apartment i stayed in (the lodge(god bless 335 and hopefully the roaches are gone)), this place is heaven for the same price. if you want somewhere affordable and spacious, so far, i recommend! - will update!

Everyones trash goes everywhere so the roads, sidewalks, and doorways are dirty. You will never talk to the staff unless you go in person cause they only use a unhelpful AI assistant. And they will charge you as many extra fees as they can. Very spacious and cheap though. Probably lost thousands of dollars though because of all the extra fees and they will charge you for a cleaning/destruction fee even if you clean and dont destroy anything.

I lived here for two years and just moved out. While my experience wasn’t terrible, it was definitely not the best. The communication was terrible from the office and sometimes maintenance as well. When I moved in, my carpet was gross and in the corner of the room there was dog pee from previous roommates pet. I requested replacement of the carpet.. never got it. My toilet wasn’t connected, nobody came to fix it until 2-3 days later. At that point I fixed it myself. My second term of my lease was when I decided to leave. My roommates and I did not have a working oven/stove for a week. Because there was such a lack of communication of when it would be fixed/replaced. Luckily we all had somewhere we could go to cook, even though we still lost out on some food. The upstairs breaker flipped so many times that it caused the power to go out. Once we requested to get it fixed, it was..temporarily. It started flipping multiple times in a day. At the same time our AC went out and when my roommate explained what was happening the maintenance people talked to them like they were stupid. We also had no wifi for over a week (obviously a request was submitted) in the building. Upon moving out and walk throughs, my roommates stated the thermostat was touched and set to 85°.. which they did not touch. Also the toilet in the room I stayed in was broken.. again. Which was working perfectly fine when I left. I made sure of it after I left the room the way I found it upon move in. Overall experience wasn’t great, but I appreciate the workers who were polite and very helpful.

Lived in a 2 bedroom for 2 years here’s my experience Maintenance is elite, most problems were solved same day. Longest wait was like 2 days. They don’t get enough credit. Rooms were very spacious, and a great price. I had more closet space than I could use. The home and furniture itself wasn’t grade A quality, but I care more about breathing room than quality. Bus comes by every 15-20 min. Sometimes the first is full and you have to wait for a second, but that’s how it goes. The gym is missing some equipment and the basketball court could use some updating, but they’re both enough. The pool broke a fair amount of times but I never used it as much as I thought I would. Usually went to Sewell instead since it’s very close. Location is great. Front office answered the phone like 60% of the time, but whenever I left a voicemail they always heard it and responded accordingly. Biggest issues were the parties and bugs in the summer. Parties and bugs will happen, can’t prevent them. But pest issues were solved quickly since you can put work orders in for that and they have pest control. Never a lasting issue. Overall I had a great experience. It wasn’t perfect, but the problems I dealt with were minor and solved quickly. If you’re going to live with a group of people you’re making a good choice living here.
