Great experience at Cheatham Street Flats. Nicole and Elle were wonderful and so pleasant. They make you feel so welcomed and it’s genuine. The apartments are great and amenities are perfect. Best price in town, furnished and utilities included! You can’t go wrong.

I was in de-stress looking for an apartment for my daughter since she will be attending Texas State and Nicole made it so easy for us. She walked us through the apartment tour, and even helped us with my phone issues to view the leasing contract. Nicole was super helpful, very attentive, super professional and super friendly! She was amazing everything worked out great! Can't wait for the moving day! Thanks Nicole you are the best!

I’m ecstatic that I’m finally moving out of this apartment complex! I moved in December 2025 and as of my lease ending now in July 2026, the property has had a consistent but major decline. The complex is filthy (meaning all communal/public spaces, not my unit specifically, although it was dirty upon move in). In recent months the property seems to be infested with roaches that crawl around in the elevators, parking garage, breezeway… everywhere. My window faces into the communal breezeway and I have seen roaches crawling on the outside of my window multiple times lol. There is no general upkeep to the property, and there is constantly dog poop and pee that dries and encrusts into the floor that is never cleaned up, regardless of the fact that it’s in high traffic areas, so there is always a smell of pee and garbage floating through the air at this property. I lived on the 3rd floor and the trash room was in the same hallway, which always smells awful despite their attempts to cover it with an air freshener. The lowest floor on the parking garage also smells like garbage and the trash can by the elevator is infested with bugs. Parking is $100 monthly however as of my writing this review the parking garage gate has been broken and left open 24/7 for six weeks now. There is an obvious lack of staffing at all times, and appears to be a hilariously high turnover rate. With the price tag I would never have expected such a poorly kept complex, and lack of care from staff/management. I also entered my unit once to 2 employees standing in my room for inspection without any notice on the resident portal, email, or text, which I never brought up with the leasing office but was very alarmed/startled by nonetheless. I say all of these things as someone who has never been in any conflict whatsoever with the leasing office, have kept my unit very tidy, never missed a payment, etc. I have no reason to leave a bad review other than I just think nobody should waste their money here. Greystar properties have a reputation for suspicious or unwarranted charges after move out, especially after a negative review, so I’m hoping I won’t have random charges for simply being honest about my experience.

My mom went in and worked with Nichole. She answered all our questions was very pleasant to work with. She took calls and answered additional questions that we had. Apartment living is not for everyone but after going and seeing other places I felt this was a better fit for my wants and needs. They offered no application fees or deposit and a nice size gift card $1,800 to move in. I really am hoping that it works out because I want to stay there as long as I can.

This apartment is a really great to place to live. It has great amenities, fantastic workers, spacious garage parking spots as well as living areas. Jamie is a great worker who is very attentive, kind, energetic, and always ready to assist you when needed.
