prime is the best student rental company out there they are so attentive to everything we’ve been contacted them with and they take care of their properties and not just give us the “landlord special” and paint over everything. and from what we’ve heard from other students that rent with them they renovate their houses at a time every chance they get. so they care about quality it seems like. and they have reasonable pricing for what you get. definitely contact them and ask if they have anything available before a year of moving to oneonta for school to secure a nice room/apartment

Prime Oneonta is amazing! I just completed my first year with them and will be back next year. They are always very timely and helpful. I would absolutely recommend getting a student apartment through them!

IF YOU ARE GOING TO RENT, RENT HERE. I cannot sing the praises of this company enough. Jazmine especially has been such a kind, sweet, genuine person to work with, and is super supportive and flexible. I originally was going to rent with an outside group, but after finding this company, I knew that I just needed the apartment they showed me. Extremely affordable, all utilities included, very understanding of ESA’s, incredible response times and excellent communication in general, there is no better place to want to do business with. Also, again, I cannot recommend speaking to Jazmine, Jenn and Sam more. Such an incredible experience and wonderful first time rentals. 10/10. 🥰🥰

As a paint vendor of Prime Rentals, Prime always has wonderful communication, they are very easy to work with, amazingly kind office staff and an awesome office puppy!! Would highly recommend to any students looking for top notch affordable housing in the Oneonta Area!!!

I lived in an apartment my senior year at SUNY Oneonta and it was the best decision I could've made! They're very accommodating and helpful! The place was very nice and well kept which made it an easy move in and a great experience throughout my entire time here. The location was great and convenient, being a 5-10 minute walk from main street and a 5-10 minute drive from campus. I would 100% recommend going through Oneonta Prime Rentals if you are looking for a place to rent in Oneonta.
