Hillside Commons Oneonta, oneonta-ny

One of, if not, the BEST apartments to find anywhere in Oneonta! The management team and staff work meticulously to ensure the cleanliness and high quality standards they uphold. The amenities are incredible, including an in-facility fitness center, movie room, clubhouse, multiple study rooms, and a gorgeous center courtyard with grills and pizza ovens. The rooms are amazing, giving plenty of space in the bedrooms, bathrooms in-unit, AND washer and dryer for clothes in the units instead of a communal laundry room is so convenient. Highly recommend to anyone looking for longterm housing with utilities/services covered!

Hillside has been awesome! I will be going into my third year as a resident and I am very pleased to be so. They have been quick to fix issues in my apartment, they are accommodating, and have always helped with special requests with a smile. I feel like they have my back at all times.

My experience at hillside has been supreme! My relationship with management has always always always been excellent and they work with me for special requests. I have never had a moment where I didn't feel like they had my back. I will be going into my third year on a 12 month lease and I am confident that my time here will continue to be excellent. Hillside has been a highlight of my college career, and I will never forget my first apartment!

OMG. I love this place so much. The people here really make it feel like a community. There is so much to do and so much to see. Lovely living. Fun times to be had by all. And also they have amazing dog. Yippie. I think his name is TIO. Much Love. Jerid is pretty cool.

A friend of mine is living at Hillside and I went up to visit her. She was showing me around and it took very little to convinced me to apply to live there myself. The apartment units are very spacious and have great layouts that allow for personal space but also room for quality time for hanging out with your roommates. I really like the private bathrooms that are attached as well as the kitchen within the apartment. I love the view from the top floor lounge. The lounges themselves are wonderful places to relax with friends or study. There’s a great gym and yoga room as well. My favourite place is the outdoor fire pit. It’s prefect for roasting marshmallows and chatting with friends. Overall, a great place to live and it’s close to campus.
