Very helpful and friendly staff; never had an issue. Both leasing office and maintenance are professional, friendly, and welcoming. The apartments themselves are suitable and comfortable for the price. The leasing office itself, along with gym and printing room are great bonuses. The only issue is with Single Digits, the internet provider, thus 4/5 stars. They’re separate from Westrun, so, you have to contact them directly. Never had a big problem with them since living here for 4 years until recently. Their customer service is extremely mixed in quality, with some reps being abysmal. My roommate and I had to steer every conversation and even that was difficult. It took a month to get a on-site technician when my internet was basically unusable and even then it was a month later before it was suitable for use. Overall, very positive but Single Digits was a nightmare to work with. But Westrun itself is great.

EDIT: Do not live here, plain and simple. The WiFi continues to go off and on and no matter they tell you they lie. I’ve called multiple times about the WiFi and they always say it’s fine. As a college student I would suggest living somewhere that has reliable internet especially if you’re online like I am. I have had mold on the kitchen cabinets doors, a burn spot on counter, the apartment itself such as the carpet was black. They clearly do not clean before someone moves in, they just paint over everything. They say they clean the hallways in each apartment building but ours hasn’t been touched since we got here in august I did not resign a lease with them and will be living elsewhere once my term is up.I will say the staff can be great and others not so much. tamar was absolutely amazing and i highly recommend talking to him about any problems or concerns you may have. he’s very patient and understanding. he goes above and beyond every time we talk. 100/10

if you had a gun to my head and told me to sign another lease here i would tell you to shoot me. edit: this is the most disingenuous response they could possibly have given- i’ve been to the office and attempted to resolve a variety of issues, from broken apartment appliances & room/plumbing/hvac issues to active harrassment, long before i left this review. they don’t clean the apartments during turnovers between leases. the wifi goes out twice a week. i have yet to talk to a single person who does not have some kind of pest issue, from fungus gnats to mice. they do not care. do not live here. i know it’s affordable. there’s a reason it’s affordable.

The entire complex is run down while rent keeps increasing. The windows in the apartments are not sealed well and a visible breeze can be felt and seen when it is windy outside. Washer and dryer are borderline functional with the outside portion of the dryer vent not being cleared in years. Reported to maintenance and the main office and was told they would "repair it" for them to only replace the lint trap. The internet and power go out on a regular basis. If it rains too hard, is windy, or snows you can expect the power and internet to go off. During January of 2025 the power and internet went out on New Year's Day. The power came back on in a reasonable time, however the internet did not come back for over a MONTH! The internet has never been the same since then, constantly going out for long stints of time to the point I had to get my own Verizon internet box. The worst part is that West Run does not care, at no point was a remedy or money back offered, and when told about the issue the response was "nothing we can do". They are so quick to say there is nothing they can do when they are the ones that signed up with Single Digits in the first place. You can go online and not see a single good review for Single Digits, but yet West Run loves their service. Multiple instances of contractors, maintenance staff, and office staff entering apartment without proper notice. A contractor at one point had entered my apartment with a mattress that was "supposed to be delivered to this room" to see a fully furnished and lived in room and apartment. At no point did he not think "maybe I have the wrong apartment", then knocked on the bathroom door while I am in the shower to try and talk to me through the door about the bed. Overall the management here at West Run is entirely incompetent and money hungry. They get away with a lot of BS since it is a college apartment complex and most of the kids that live here don't know any better. This has constantly reinforced their horrible and borderline illegal practices that no matter how much is complained about nothing changes. TLDR Do not sign up to live here. Do not recommend this place to your friend. Do not let your child make the mistake on living here for the sign up gift card. Please let this business die because they are taking advantage of young adults that do not know better.

Do not live here! I have nothing but bad experiences at this complex. First off, at move in nothing was cleaned. My apartment had dirt everywhere, uncleaned bathrooms, and un vacuumed floors. It also smelled highly of marijuana and body odor, which took months to get rid of. The WiFi never works. I run my TV, computer, and iPad off my own hotspot because the wifi never works!!! It is an absolute nightmare being a college student (especially when it goes out during an at home proctored exam). When I transferred units, I was charged nearly $200 in damage charges of things that were already there when I moved in (that I had taken note of on the move in checklist, which they "lost"). It was August when I submitted an appeal and followed up weekly. Still haven't gotten a refund or heard anything since September (it's now January). I had roommate issues and wanted to either get out of my lease or transfer units. One reason was out of concern for my own safety after someone was basically trying to break into our apartment (police were called). Wasn't able to and the person in the apartment who caused it had no reprocussion. It is impossible to get out of a lease here and to just communicate with staff. I ended up moving home and just paid rent. It seems like they don't even care about their residents. However, they seem to pick and choose who they like. I have seen them waive fees for some, I have seen them let people move units easy peasy, and I have seen them let residents get away with stuff for way too long. Everything is outdated and old. Our dishwasher broke and flooded our kitchen THREE times. First time they fixed it with DUCT TAPE. Second time they replaced a seal (didn't last long), and third time when it flooded AGAIN, they finally ordered a new one. Guess what... Took 2 weeks to hear back, just to learn they gave it to another unit and forgot about us. There is also a bug problem. No matter what, there are always gnats and flies all over the apartment. They also act like they are so strict about parking and parking passes, but it lasts a week. There are cars in guest parking that have been there MONTHS (flat tires and all) and haven't been towed. They claim guests are only to park there no more than 3-4 days. Which adds to the difficulty of guests abiding to the rules to find parking. Then they risk getting towed from resident parking without a pass, even though every single guest lot is full. The only staff I have had pleasant experiences with are the ones who are there when I pick up my packages. They always try to help, but management hasn't been the best. They are all very poor about communication as well. I could go on about how much this place sucks and would give it 0 stars if I could. Save yourself money and frustration and go somewhere else, even if the rates are low here (probably because it sucks). I am looking forward to moving out the second my lease ends, heck even sooner if I can. I'll probably add more if I can think of it.
