Mountaineer Place Apartments, morgantown-wv

I’ve lived in Mountaineer Place for two years and have enjoyed my experience enough to renew for a third! Management has always been a great help and very quick to reply to any messages I send them or work orders I put in. The rooms are great and having my own bathroom is awesome! I love how close it’s right on campus too, I can walk to all of my classes easily!

Wonderful place to live! I’ve lived here 3 years and I love it. The apartments are great, location is perfect and safe, gym has a surprising amount of equipment, and the maintenance worker is the best! Easy to talk with the workers here and they are super quick to respond and help. I’d definitely recommend!

Mountaineer place has been such a convenient to live. It is less than a 10 minute walk to any of the academic buildings downtown. The two bedroom apartment is very spacious and having your own washer/dryer is definitely a plus. The gym being within the building has been a huge benefit for me and it has a lot of good high quality equipment.

I’m so happy that I chose to live at Mountaineer Place Apartments! The staff is easy to reach and communicate with, and the apartment managers are extremely helpful. Any apartment related issues we have had (which have been very few) have been fixed in a timely and effective manner. The location is amazing and I recommend to anyone!

I’ve enjoyed living here! The rooms have good space, good quality, and it is a great location. The room maintenance and gym are super convenient. The building also has nice security. Only drawback is the inability to open the windows.
