Unfortunately, even after seeing the reviews my boyfriend and I had no choice but to live here as it was last minute for a short-term period. We lived here for 5 months and let me just say, we had to call maintenance multiple times. We also had to buy light bulbs for the entire apartment because 1/4 of the lights actually worked properly. We were shown a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment, but ended up having to move into a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom and paying extra for it. Fast forward to moving out: we vacuumed a million times and shampooed the carpets before leaving. Now, our security deposit was taken and they are asking us to pay another $95 for a total of $595 in repairs which includes painting and carpet cleaning. They are saying it is our fault that there is yellowing of a toilet (was there when we moved in), the drip pans need replaced (obviously considering the stove looks like it’s from the 70s), and so much more that we noted on our move-in checklist. Again, we lived here for 5 months. It makes zero sense and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Just know that you won’t be getting your security deposit back and it will only be a headache. If I could give this zero stars, I would.

I haven't even moved in yet and they have already fooled me. I drove by to look at the apartment I was told was on the ground floor and it is on the 2nd floor! Which is 2 flights up. There is "nothing they can do about it because it's random." The apartment door looks like it has been kicked in at one point. It is nothing like the apartment I was shown.

Threatened police force and physical force after mistaking my lease to be not signed (I called and confirmed it was). Maintenance shows up unannounced, knocks once, unlock the door, and walk in as they please. DO NOT sign here, completely invade privacy, not safe

These apartments are conveniently located next to the Health Science Center and Ruby Memorial Hospital for school. And they're right next to the football stadium if you're into sports.

Great apartments but make sure you get to view the exact unit you plan to live in! They all differ!
