I’ve been living here for a few months and absolutely love it! The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Maintenance is amazing; work orders are usually completed the same day. There is always plenty of parking, and the apartments are beautiful and well-maintained. Payton has been especially wonderful; he’s extremely knowledgeable about the property and always goes above and beyond to help.

Spoke with Peyton at the leasing office 4 days ago and explained my son was looking for a temporary lease from mid-May through July. He verbally said they offered that and my son paid the $30 application fee. Today Peyton called and left a voice mail for my son saying that in order to do the temporary summer lease he would have to sign a full lease for 2026-2027. I called Peyton and he said unfortunately the new policy of requiring a year lease following a temporary summer lease comes into effect May 1 and the application fee is not refundable then gave a corporate number that redirects you back to Peyton. My son was emailed a lease for him to sign that does not mention a requirement for a full year lease to follow. This is a disgusting practice. He is out of $30. All I can say is shame on them for this bait and switch and BEWARE!!!

Just applied for a 2 bedroom apartment that the website stated was available, paid the application fee, received an approved email only to receive a call 30 minutes later that the apartment is not available. The only availability will be 3 months away but my daughter's classes start at the end of this month. I asked if I could have the application fee refunded but was told no. The young man that called me was very nice but I believe that if false information was given on the website I shouldn't be held to the $30 application fee. If the website was correct and stated there was no availability I would not have paid the application fee. This may be something the company wants to look into. Again, the young man was very kind but these policies are unfair. My advice, call and ensure there is availability before filling out an application. Back to the drawing board for us, we're bummed too because the apartments looked beautiful.

Application denied. I have visited and called the property several times to speak with the leasing manager about the matter and told she's either in a meeting, not on site, or left early...every time. My credit score is solid and I make well above the required income requirements. I am a healthcare professional who recently passed the State of GA federal background check for work. Can someone from corporate respond as to why my application was denied?

I just moved into these apartments about two weeks ago. The greatest benefits I saw in these apartments were the safety it provides (gated parking lot, card keys for all entrances, etc.), the location to the downtown area and Mercer university campus, and the added facilities such as the gym, study rooms, and rooftop terrace. The office can sometimes be difficult to reach if you have an issue, especially during the summer and before moving in. Understanding the financial breakdown and learning how to pay can be confusing as well. The move-in process was rather jumbled. My roommate did not receive a mailbox or room key until later, we did not receive a trash can for the trash pickup until I specifically asked, and the apartment was very dirty despite the office claiming it was cleaned prior to move-in. Despite these initial issues, I still stand by the benefits that I saw prior to moving in. The spaces are good, it's safe and generally clean, and the staff are helpful.
