This is managed by Amaral Real Estate, if you’re looking for something that doesn’t get taken care of you’re in the right place! I lived in my apartment for 6 years. The only time maintenance (if you can call it that) got done was when someone moved out. But while you live there don’t expect issues to be resolved!! The property manager Tony will act oblivious to the issues you address. Will say for months (OR YEARS!) that they will be fixing issues that never get addressed. It took him over 4 months to come fix my bathroom and this is what he covered up. The roof has been leaking for a minimum of 8 years but he’ll tell you that’s not black mold in the hallway. Ceiling has fallen in multiple times to the point he put up a slatted wood ceiling so you cant see the giant hole that goes outside. Ice builds up on the back porch in the winter due to the roof leaking which is the only entrance to upstairs. He patches up issues and acts like they disappear. This has to be one of the worst places to rent from. The conditions they allow their homes and apartments to be in is actually disgusting.
