Cottage Housing, ellensburg-wa

An amazing place to live in Ellensburg! I’ve been living at Campus Village for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best rental experiences I’ve had in Ellensburg. The location is perfect, super convenient to get to CWU and around town, but still quiet enough to actually relax or get work done.

Toured the property this week, staff was great and I will definitely consider living here, very nice and clean property! 👍

The apartment itself was decent, but management was terrible. Neighbors were breaking federal laws for over 2 years and management did nothing about it. The manager Grace, should be fired, for knowing about this and acted like we were being a nuisance because she didnt do her job. Tried to get someone to take over our lease and we were able to get 7 people committing to take over but management again would not do their job and file any paperwork and it was never taken over. I paid money to stay away from this place. Avoid this place if you can

I had a great time living here. Wish the units had their own washer/dryer as sometimes the ones provided where either dirty or used by everyone. Specially on weekends. I was very happy living here regardless. New property management took over and really started to look after the place. The lawn care was very well taken care of, as well as parking lot cleaniness. I complain alot about things breaking in my apartment and they got fixed in a very timely manner. At one point the kitchen faucet rusted, and they came and gave us an upgrade! I was very pleased. The maintenance guys where very nice too. Ask us if there was anything else they could fix before leaving and was alway nice to my dog. The apartments are quite spacious too.

Awful property management and owners. Front door doesn’t have a deadbolt. The maintenance crew left my stove top on for 7 hours after a fire had occurred while I was at work. They refuse to come in and do any sort of maintenance but they won’t let me out of my lease either even though they are in direct violation of my lease. Hate it here.
