Absolutely frustrating experience, and I don’t even live here. First of all, many student apartments not allowing dual occupancy is ridiculous. In this economy and in a college town, the rent is definitely unreasonable. The rates are per bed, which is also frustrating but I can understand the reasoning as it is student housing. I went in for a tour at 10am, but they had scheduled somebody else for a tour at the exact same time. They told me to come back at 1. I had already skipped my 10am lecture to do this because it was the only time available. When I and the other girl got there, we were both told that neither of us were in their bookings. Their website is flawed and doesn’t even go over the half of their policies. The location is nice with good amenities, but this entire apartment is a scam for college students who have limited housing and barely enough money to make rent. The ladies at the front desk were nice and helpful, no hate to them. However, the management and overall system is ridiculous.

Stopped by Yugo Easton and had an awesome experience with Holly and the team. Super friendly, professional, and you can tell they really care about creating a great experience for their residents. The property is in great shape and even has some awesome amenities like a golf simulator. Everyone was easy to talk to and great to work with.

it’s nice when the amenities work, unfortunately the hot tub is usually out of order. also maintenance isn’t the most helpful (they don’t really help). good enough for student housing i guess??

This was the condition of the place upon move in. When I brought it to their attention, I was met with rude staff and immature people who tried telling me it was my fault… despite literally moving in that day. Lived their 2 years and spent what felt like half of it without working internet and power will cut out consistently. Upon moving out they took away $400 of my deposit because of water damage that was left by previous tenants. I would highly recommend that everyone finds any other place to live. I stayed the extra year only because of some personal stuff that limited my options but do anything but live here if you can.

Update 11/22/21 : they have now installed cabinet doors. They had to do it twice within a few hours because they installed the wrong color and size the first time around. Light fixture covers now installed as well. Backstory: After I called the city inspector I got a call from the regional manager in Texas, who explained that the place was not prepared to be nearly fully leased and that’s why apartments were rented out with the problems I listed below. With regard to my having called the city inspector, she stated the units were technically legally habitable even with the problems I posted about below. I suggested maybe they should make their show unit look like the one in my photos and see how many takers they get. Original post: If you like your apartment provided without cabinet doors and drawer facings, pick this place! Or choose it for the lack of complete lighting fixtures, because you get those too! If you are still not convinced, choose it for the limitless excuses and zero commitments provided by management. But wait, there’s more! Unannounced visits from maintenance workers to complement the high crime rate, just to add a little extra excitement when the door opens! “Hey girls, is it the plumber or the thief?! Hope they aren’t one and the same!”
