The Quad Corvallis, corvallis-or

The Quad Corvallis has been a great place to live at overall. The staff is always friendly and very responsive. They answer and address and concerns within hours or at most a couple of days and are always polite about the process. The building and rooms themselves are also great. There are several amenities like a study lounge, and snack bar area that is subsidized for residents (see picture below)! Each room also includes its own washer and dryer units, as well as a dishwasher, a TV, and a full size fridge. While you do have to share with 3 others, in my 3 years here, that has never really been an issue. The only negative part about the place is there is only one elevator so if that breaks or needs maintenance, you have to take the stairs which can be tricky when you're carrying a lot of stuff. The maintenance tends to be a little slower as well when it comes to the bigger things like that as well, so be prepared for that. Overall though a great place to live for students, especially since it is only a 15 minute walk from campus and a 10 minute walk to downtown which has some great food options for students.

The Quad is a very good apartment complex. The old people in the office were not very good, but the new ones are very reliable and helpful. The management is overall very good. The apartments are very clean and taken care of. Maintenance is taken care of very quickly.

Nothing but positive things to say. When there is the occasional maintenance issue, they are quick to fix it and find a solution! Very responsive management who clearly cares about residents. One of the few reasonable apartments in Corvallis that does not charge parking and has in unit washer and dryers. All around highly recommend.

I was a tenant here between 2021-2023 and I loved when the new management company took over. I was stuck in a very bad situation with my first roommate and management helped me transfer to another floor. I was the only one in the building for two summers to really plant anything in the garden boxes, growing tomatoes and lettuce mainly. If there was ever an issue, the management team helped me out. When I was living there, the only issues I had after the transfer was my bike getting broken and stolen, a couple guys above us smoking off the balcony (which I reported, but they required video evidence), and their office hours were not ideal for me (I was always at work when they had their office open). Thank you Quad team for making my two years in Corvallis good.

I’ve been a resident since July 2021. The property used to be called the 707 community. When it was the 707 community this complex was garbage. The new owners have changed it completely for the better. There is now patio seating and a fire pit on the roof! All of the doors, lights, landscape, parking spots are all being fixed/cleaned everyday. With these apartments you also get a washer and dryer in the unit which is very unheard of in student living in Corvallis. Every maintenance request was handled in a timely manner. The water is always warm, the people are friendly, no loud or noisy neighbors! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Very laid back. I’m very satisfied with this being my first apartment as well!! Thank you to The Quad for a great experience!!! (Living Room is a great size space for Wii Bowling, as pictured)
