While I am ok with Becky reaching out to me yesterday about my concerns I am not sure that it will do any good as she has been informed of these concerns many times and yet still no improvements I would like to speak to someone higher up in the company I was told yesterday that an outside crew has been hired to put new flooring down in the empty apartments here to get them ready for o copency because the maintenance staff you have here Brian doesn’t know how to lay flooring so I guess what I am getting to is why have someone on staff that doesn’t k in how to maintain the property seems like a expense not needed if you have to hire outside help to maintain the building by hiring outside help all that’s going to do is add to cost of owning this building which in turn you will have to recoup by raising rents seems to me that if a maintenance person is hired they should have the ability to tackle any and all maintenance required I am still waiting for repairs to be done to my apartment that they found when cemetery inspected a month before hud came time before last I believe a cement person name Jason is the young man who was here two months ago he even took pictures of the repairs needed and informed me Brian would be in to fix in two weeks well that was two months ago now these things were like this when I moved in none of which I did but I have just been ok with them as I assumed that’s just how they were suppose to be as I am not a maintenance person I do know a little about diy but due to being paralyzed now in my left side from a stroke there are things I am unable to do before my stroke no matter where I lived I could handle minor upkeep of my own place but now I can not and that’s why I depend on staff to do the up keep now I have been giving Brian the benefit of the doubt as I thought he was busy laying flooring and getting empty apartments ready for new tenants now I have discovered that he has not been doing so and an outside crew has been hired to do his job I question this as trash isn’t being Della with hallways not vacuumed community room not dept and mopped so my question is exactly what is he doing to earn his pay ?
