Steer clear of these landlords. My daughter is renting one of these properties and has been without power for 24 hours. Paul advised it would be fixed quickly, it was a simple issue, and he never sent anyone over. The number he gave my daughter, that is the same found in his Cortland Apartment advertisement, went unanswered and when texted we got wrong number as a reply. Not knowing what else to do, I contacted Joe, who clearly was not happy I did. He told me it was Paul’s property and didn’t offer any assistance. When I tried to confirm Paul’s number he would not answer me. Admittedly, I was upset and did ask him “don’t you know your son’s number” to which he replied, “I have to call him, don’t give me an attitude, I’ll call you back” and then hung up on me. No one has gotten a call back from either of them and as of now my daughter still has no power. Funny that they advertise as being available 24/7.
