They employed undesirable individuals so they can claim no fault for theft and damage. When legitimate people try to make a living they make life miserable all while bragging about it being your word against their own. My husband tried to countersue and it was stated there was never an agreement for thousands of dollars worth of skilled labor. When we wouldn't commit fraud the lease was cancelled and when we refused to work wages towards the rent our payments were refused claiming incorrect amount so we were forced to go through the courts or leave empty handed thats when the owners attempted to press felony charges for everything they could think of. When we won the settlement of a mere thousand dollars and change Stanley Jin relinquished responsibility of the property and we ended up homeless because code enforcement got involved and his partner Mr Chen tried to keep our belongings by changing the agreed to date to collect last minute. We rented a truck 4 times and each time we were forced to reschedule with the threat of losing everything despite being at the mercy of the most unreasonable and shady people I've been unfortunate to encounter. Lastly the little English barrier routine is all an act so nothing is ever discussed in writing or in the company of a relible witness.
