I have leased from 3 different companies and Calabro has absolutely been the best company to lease from. The apartments are modern, clean and well maintained between tenants. The office is quick and responsive to any calls/texts/email. Maintenance has come within the hour when we needed. I would 100% recommend them if you’re looking for off campus housing in the Cortland area!

Had a great experience staying in my apartment in this complex! Very well kept unit with modern design, perfect for me and my roommates. Chris, our landlord, was very easy to work with and met all of our needs. If you’re in the Cortland area for school or looking for a place to rent, these are a must!

If you are a student at SUNY Cortland... ALWAYS USE CALABRO FOR OFF CAMPUS HOUSING!!! Here's why: Short version- great prices, beautiful properties, extremely helpful staff! Long version- My experience with Calabro Properties began my junior year of college at their 89 Tompkins property. The process from tour to lease sign was a dream of a process, it felt like your parents were taking care of you and making sure you got the best of the best. Chris, Rhonda, Chuck, and all of the staff treat you like family. I also lived in a Calabro property my senior year of college, which was my sorority house. The property is beautifully kept by them each summer and winter, and they were there for us any time we needed them. I mean it when I say I couldn't have had a better off-campus experience than with Calabro. If you are even thinking of using another off-campus housing company, TRUST ME, look no further than Calabro Properties.
