My moving experience here was very tough but i have been noticing a lot of things have been getting better. The greatest addition to this buildings improvement was onboarding Dominique. He is so professional, always a smile on his face and always willing to go the extra mile to give us the best experience. Keep this up Dominique..Blessings

I’m very disappointed as others have shared. I put three requests in about three weeks ago and nothing has been done. They were simple request like one. I just need two screws for the chair. I never got any stools.(How hard is it to put two screws in a chair like literally I’m gonna go over there Monday and just ask him for the screws. Also, my dishwasher doesn’t work and I haven’t put a maintenance request in because they don’t handle anything. No, we sign a lease. You guys have expectations of us and we have expectations of you. POOL: Also, I just found out that they’ve never opened the pool, which was a selling point for me. MY BACK /APARTMENTS: I brought a note from a doctor saying that I have to move to to the first or second floor because I had a back injury . I was living on the fourth floor and and I was just in a lot of pain sometimes. They told me it would be a week and a half.(SO After about eight days, I started packing and then the whole month of December I lived out of my suitcase and back)Listen to this it turned into a month and a half then they gave me keys to an apartment where there was food in the fridge. You can tell staff or the complex uses that fridge so I had to go back to my apartment. And then they gave me keys to the apartment I’m currently in. I walked in. It was a mess. The TV was on the floor broken The TV mount was broken. The chalkboard had words that I’m not gonna say on it. The maintenance guy that came in to clean. It took him five hours. That’s how bad it was. my couch has like paint all over it. My dishwasher doesn’t work. I’m redecorating everything. The chair cushions are taken off n getting new ones. I have a sectional couch that I could bring in. I don’t know if it would fit though if not, I’ll get a couch cover if needed .imean and I want my stools like I wanna have people over. You know I’m one person and I filled the whole freezer , fridge ,all the cabinets and the food pantry. How in the world are four people supposed to share one fridge? I got roommate n . He’s a college student and I’m a 42-year-old adult . you can’t put College kids with adults it doesn’t mix well. I wouldn’t be surprised if people move out because of that stuff/don’t renew their lease. College kids with college kids adults with adults. It’s very simple lol And I know there’s space. At the end of the day, I do love the apartment. Just some parts need a little working on like maintenance basically. I mean not everything’s horrible and there’s a bowling alley which is cool. You could tell the corporation invested a lot of money because they have granite tops stainless steel products but they gotta keep up on the maintenance . It’s cool when they do events for like bills game n order pizza and subs and there’s a full coffee bar. When having events. They should send you an email or put it on a residence portal because you never know about them unless you go The main building and see the sheets lie in their advertising. MARKETING : I have 3 degrees in Business: Marketing entrepreneurship and management from Canisius university. I would love to tackle on that new marketing position if it’s not already filled, I did apply. See I have an advantage because I lived here so I know how to bring people inhave an advantage because I live . Marketing from the inside out is perfect. You don’t wanna hire someone that’s just an outsider looking in. At least a chance at the job because I’m telling you I would kill it and it’s a passion for me. I have a side gig called marketing 4 profit. I’ve helped friends with small business grow I don’t wanna sound totally negative about this place. I’ve just been through a lot. But the price you can’t beat it! But I really need to market this place. I’ve been in Buffalo in my whole life. So I know the demographics. Economic impact. You have college kids and adults so yeah figure out a way to appeal to both.

This property manager Keila is always nasty, rude and disrespectful to me. She has been targeting me since I’ve been living here. I’ve been asking to speak to someone she has to report to, and have not been able to. She purposely turned off the payment options for me online in December and caused me to be behind in my rent. After I paid my December and Januarys rent and got it to a zero balance with a money order, She had the nerve to put a 14 day notice to pay or vacate on my door even though I had a zero balance. She put this on my door one week after I paid my bill. My account was actually sent over to an attorney’s office. I had to call them and explain everything. I went into the office to speak with her about it, and she was very rude, over talked me, was condescending, and hostile while I was asking her questions about my account. I usually always avoid in person conversations with her after my first bad experience, but she wasn’t answering the phone yesterday so I was forced to go into the office. This is just one of many things that she has done with my account intentionally since I’ve been living here. I’ve never experienced anything like this before.

Hey, so far the staff has been really wonderful with concerns I do have since living here. No where is perfect but I appreciate the consideration when issues or concerns come up so thank you. Dominique Wiggins has been great with helping with my packages and very professional.

Do not let your college students stay here. The common area was so filthy and couch was ripped garage everywhere. The management company says they are not responsible for it. There were gnats everywhere. The blinds in his room were broken. My child has no where to cook. They are saying they can not and will not move him. We were told we can not break the lease or get our money back from grey star. Pay extra and have your child some where safe and clean.
