I have lived here for a couple months and all I have to say is DO NOT MOVE HERE. The managers are very unprofessional and cursed me out. They will not help you when being charged with stuff for no reason. The halls are constantly disgusting and I have told them multiple times to clean it. The pool has been shutdown when they promise you the amenities. Everyone at that office has been horrible with their attitudes. This place is a joke and disgusting. Save your money because it is not worth it. They also never do your work orders until months later. I didn’t get my mailbox key until 2 months later after moving in. The area is not safe and the property is very unsafe because anyone can let themselves into any building at any time. They never answer their phones. Also my packages were stolen multiple times and no one did anything. DO NOT MOVE HERE

I had such an amazing time at the Love Island watch party! The atmosphere was so much fun, and everyone was excited and engaged, which made it feel like we were all watching together with friends. The staff did a great job keeping everything organized and creating a welcoming environment. The food, drinks, music, and overall vibes were on point. It was the perfect place to laugh, react to all the drama, and enjoy the night. I can’t wait to come back for future events. Highly recommend checking it out.!

This is the third time I have tried to get hold of the emergency maintenance line and no one answers nor gets back to me. Yesterday I was locked out my unit I send an email to the office I got no response , I even called multiple times and left a voicemail and got no return call or answer. I am confused to why I am paying rent if I can be locked out of my unit without notice and for no reason. For the lack of professionalism and false lease agreements at this point is deserve compensation

My moving experience here was very tough but i have been noticing a lot of things have been getting better. The greatest addition to this buildings improvement was onboarding Dominique. He is so professional, always a smile on his face and always willing to go the extra mile to give us the best experience. Keep this up Dominique..Blessings

This property manager Keila is always nasty, rude and disrespectful to me. She has been targeting me since I’ve been living here. I’ve been asking to speak to someone she has to report to, and have not been able to. She purposely turned off the payment options for me online in December and caused me to be behind in my rent. After I paid my December and Januarys rent and got it to a zero balance with a money order, She had the nerve to put a 14 day notice to pay or vacate on my door even though I had a zero balance. She put this on my door one week after I paid my bill. My account was actually sent over to an attorney’s office. I had to call them and explain everything. I went into the office to speak with her about it, and she was very rude, over talked me, was condescending, and hostile while I was asking her questions about my account. I usually always avoid in person conversations with her after my first bad experience, but she wasn’t answering the phone yesterday so I was forced to go into the office.This is just one of many things that she has done with my account intentionally since I’ve been living here. I’ve never experienced anything like this before.
