I had a wonderful experience at Axis360. The apartment community has great facilities, a convenient location, and a beautiful living environment. The maintenance team always responds in time. Everything is well-maintained and comfortable. I especially want to thank Ava and Angie for their generous and kind help during my move-out. They were absolute lifesavers, and I really appreciate their patience, kindness, and support. Highly recommend Axis360 to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I have been living at Axis for a year now, and I am planning to renew my lease. It is a perfect place to live—very clean and well organized. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team responds very quickly and works efficiently. The location is excellent, less than five minutes drive from UB South Campus, making it an ideal place for students. They also host student gatherings and celebrations, which creates a great community atmosphere. I am truly very happy living at Axis.

Have been to and stayed at Axis 360 for many nights. The amenities such as the recreational center and gym are always well kept after and clean. Have spoken to the workers on many occasions, always extremely pleasant. Amr at the front desk worked with me on finding a missing package and helped one my friends with a water problem, treating it with urgency which I really appreciated. Overall, a very nice residential complex, made better by a friendly staff like Amr.

This is the best place. The people are friendly, the place is clean and modern, and the amenities are exceptional. The gym is all new and work out. There’s a games room and a projector! Studying rooms! I never want to leave this place! Shout out to Nick, Matteo, and Big Al. You make Axis 360 a home.

I had a good experience living here. Maintenance was very quick and any time I had issues with deliveries, there was always someone to help out at the front desk, Amr in particular was super helpful. The staff goes above and beyond to assist. The common room and gym are great and residents are friendly.
