horrible experience. The staff were rude, discriminatory and condescending. They dismissed my complaints of a dangerous roommate until said roommate nearly set fire to my partner. All managers were dismissive to my partner and laughed at her while she was shaking from the incident. They consistently dismiss their duty of care and discriminate against disabilities. Save your money and find a nicer accommodation with nicer staff.

Horrible experience. My room had some sort of bug infestation and throughout the whole year I tried to get the problem resolved but to no avail. Even from the first day my chair was filthy with bugs crawling on it.. I had made a request through the Unite Students app and a day later I was given a new chair and I thought all was fine until I noticed bugs crawling on my table too. They claimed there were no bed bugs and had pest control come in for a proper inspection and treatment and I understood they might not be bed bugs specifically but there was still some sort of bug problem as I enter my room the next day to find three bugs window sill!! Throughout the year I would see bugs randomly crawling by the window, on the floor, on my desk, and I’ve never kept any sort of food or even water in the room. I maybe used the room a total of 10 times throughout the entire year. I tried to request for compensation multiple times but was ignored. Not to mention the time when they did room inspections and left my mattress on my desk, pulled my suction toothbrush holder off the wall and dropped my brush and toothpaste into the sink which had somehow been stained yellow??, and had the courtesy of even leaving my closet door open with my bed sheets hanging from it. That will be the first and last time I stay with Unite Students.

Overall great experience. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Any problems are handled quickly and team members are very polite. It would be better to have more frequent kitchen inspections.

Hi, As for my response, my accommodation. Provide on site support with student maintenance and security services to ensure student safety and well-being and also us like individuals.
