11 at Main, winterville-nc

Me and my wife moved in a few weeks ago. We have had the great privilege of working with Colette, Sabrina, Courtney, & Tim on the Tyre Property Management team. Whenever we have had questions they went above and beyond to make sure we had all the answers. We had to change our plans multiple times regarding move in date (because of the place we were renting at before) and they were incredibly understanding and easy to work with. They made moving a great experience! I genuinely can’t tell you how much we love living in this beautiful community. Everyone is friendly, and downtown Winterville is only a walk away!

Our experience at 11 at Main has been fantastic! Colette and Sabrina have been wonderful to work with. They are very responsive and always go the extra mile to make sure everything is going smoothly and that we are enjoying our time in this community. Highly recommend 11 at Main!

11 at Main is a wonderful place to live. It is quiet and family friendly. They do an incredible job with the landscaping and overall appearance. The staff that works in the office are helpful and quick to respond to questions or needs. I would highly recommend!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I moved here a week ago from Massachusetts and my biggest regret is ending up here. I was told upon moving in that the unit would be professionally cleaned as outlined in the lease and ultimately, it was not cleaned and I had to clean up all the animal fur that was left behind from the past tenant, scrub the toilets and vacuum all the rugs immediately because of how messy it was. I also am allergic to the dog fur and ultimately was very sick for days and had to see a doctor and get medication because of this. Additionally, they denied a cleaning reimbursement for all of this as well even though the lease terms outlined that they would have the townhome clean upon me entering the premises. The floors are also not level and moving a chair a few inches causes it to wobble. To make matters even WORSE, I parked in front of my house to unload groceries and my car got towed by a private towing company that TOLD ME they have a contract with Tyre Property Management. The leasing office also confirmed this contract existed and the local police refused to assist me. This cost me $325 dollars and when I contacted the property management group, she refused to pay me the money and even had the audacity to LAUGH on the phone about this incident and say she needed to eat dinner. This place is ABSOLUTE TRASH. I NEVER leave reviews and honestly I absolutely hate it here and the property management company DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. They also are under construction and NONE of the construction workers wear hard hats or safety vests on site (an OSHA violation.) You will even be responsible for changing your own light bulbs and filters, they are so unbelievably cheap it is disgusting. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.

Everyone at 11 @ Main has been so helpful every time I've needed something. The townhomes are very nice and I've enjoyed my time here. I recommend if you're looking for an affordable rental that's worth the money!
