Despite 10 maintenance calls over a 2 month period, rental home still does not have heat. Filthy conditions when moving in. Addendum to your response: there is definitely no working heat. Our discussion involved you confirming that a space heater had been provided and that a part had been ordered and is expected to be installed next week. There is no central air or heat in this rental.

I did not have a good experience…No AC half the time I was there, was very difficult to get it fixed (same with heat in the winter time). Many things in my contract definitely were not fulfilled (such as pest control which I even put a request in for). Workers entered in my bedroom without consent several times. And once they broke my bedroom door handle off without letting me know they were coming after I was given permission to have a handle with a lock. Many times the office was closed early only to see their instagram story had the staff out getting margaritas. The repair man or whatever that came to fix my AC (more than 5x in a year and a half I might add) wanted to “be friends” then wanted me to not tell anybody because he worked under VVillages and knew that was not okay…very VERY unprofessional. No wonder they’re lowering their rent prices! The staff aren’t bad people by any means- they were very helpful with getting a psycho roommate that was hurting my dog and breaking my things out of the house. But probably should find a different gig.

Great property and location. Team is great and wants to make the best for the residents here with fun events and great customer service!
