The Haven at Wake, winston-salem-nc

I honestly don’t know where to begin! Our son needed to move to Winston-Salem from Boston for a job at Wake Forest. I found The Haven on a Google search and called at 4:55pm, (the office closes at 5pm) Angie answered the phone and I explained I needed to fly out the next morning. Without hesitating, she said come on over, I’ll wait for you. She was amazing from the moment I walked in! We just finished moving our son in yesterday and she was beyond helpful every step of the way. The apartment complex is beautiful, in a great location, but Angie is what sealed the deal! My son met someone else at work and they realized they were living in the same complex and the first thing he said to my son was “Angie is so great - if you need anything, she’ll take care of it”. That’s amazing! She worked with us to help with all of our logistics for the move down and we’re so grateful! Peyton even stopped by while we were moving in to see if we needed anything. Huge thank you to the team at The Haven!!

I am beyond excited to be living at The Haven at Wake this fall! From everything I’ve seen and heard, it truly looks like an amazing place to call home. The atmosphere feels welcoming and energetic, and it seems like the perfect environment to meet new people and make unforgettable college memories. One of the things that stands out most about The Haven is how modern and comfortable everything looks. The apartments are spacious and stylish, with updated kitchens, private bedrooms, and great common areas that make it easy to relax or hang out with friends. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into creating a space that feels both fun and comfortable. I’m also really excited about the amenities. The pool area looks like the perfect spot to unwind after classes, and the fitness center will make it easy to stay active without having to leave the community. Having study spaces available is another huge plus, especially during busy weeks when focus is key. It seems like The Haven truly balances academic support with social opportunities. More than anything, I can’t wait to experience the community atmosphere. Living so close to campus while being surrounded by other students is going to make everything more convenient and exciting. I’m counting down the days until move-in and can already tell this is going to be an incredible year at The Haven at Wake!

The Haven at Wake is a beautiful and very safe apartment complex. My granddaughter has lived there for over a year and we have been thrilled. The bedrooms are large and accommodating with each having their own personal bathroom. The laundry room is convenient and plenty of room for hanging and folding clothes. The shared common area with the kitchen and living room is spacious and equipped with state of the art appliances Anytime there is a problem, maintenance is there instantly . The complex has a lovely pool and weight room for exercise routines. Also a beautiful dog park as the facility is Pet Friendly. Perfect location as it is convenient to many college campuses in the Wake Forest area.

The Haven at Wake has been a great place to live. The homes are newly built, spacious, and well maintained. The amenities are useful, especially the gym and pool, and study spaces. The management is friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Any questions or maintenance requests are handled quickly.

I can’t say enough good things about The Haven at Wake. From the moment I moved in, it’s felt like more than just a place to live—it’s a community where I genuinely feel comfortable, relaxed, and happy. The atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming, and everything about the property feels thoughtfully designed with residents in mind. The apartments are beautiful, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. It’s easy to settle in and truly make the space your own. The grounds are always clean and inviting, and there’s a sense of pride in how the community is cared for that really stands out. What I love most about The Haven at Wake is how it balances calm and convenience. It’s a quiet retreat where I can unwind, but still close to everything I need. The management and staff are friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents, which makes a huge difference and adds to the overall experience. Living here has been such a positive experience, and I’m truly grateful to call The Haven at Wake my home. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-kept place to live
