PJ's campus housing offers great quality of living for student housing while maintaining excellent customer service. Whenever we have needed something or had questions about something our landlord responds quickly and always helps! Very modern and spacious housing, while maintaining a safe environment for their tenants. Would recommend to everyone and no complaints!

Ed and Tracy are absolutely amazing and have been incredible to work with. We have had very few issues throughout our lease, and the minor things that have come up have simply been normal wear and tear that comes with renting. Regardless, they have responded promptly and professionally every single time getting the issues fixed in an incredibly timely manner. We truly appreciate their open communication and the effort they put into building positive relationships with their tenants. Another huge perk is having a landlord who is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to plumbing, air vents, drywall, and general property maintenance. It gives us peace of mind knowing that if something does come up, it will be handled properly and efficiently. They also do a great job of making their tenants feel safe and secure. The property has security cameras and other safety measures in place, which adds an extra level of comfort and shows that they genuinely care about the safety and well-being of their tenants. We truly cannot recommend PJs enough! We have had an amazing experience renting from them and look forward to continuing to rent with them in the future. We are extremely grateful to have landlords who are reliable, communicative, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their tenants!

PJ's is awesome! I love living in their apartments! The landlord is SUPER nice and always willing to help. Their apartments are right across the street from campus, so it is super convenient. I have zero complaints!

I’ve had such a great experience renting with PJ’s Apartments! The landlords are absolutely spectacular, friendly, responsive, and always willing to help when needed. The apartments are very nice, well-maintained, and make for a great place to live. Pretty good college place. Helped with little things like the blinds and gave us patch up paint and stuff! Only thing that kind of bummed me out was that he took $50 out of security deposit for a carpet cleaning fee when I moved out and helped the next girl move in the same day (she locked her bedroom door after). A bit confused on that since my other roommates were staying there for the next year. If I was charged for a carpet cleaning fee for my room that's odd since I know for a fact he didn't even go into that room.
