Seahawk Cove, wilmington-nc

I would not give Seahawk Cove 1 star if that was an option. It’s filthy, trash everywhere, whippits cans around the dumpster, the stairs to the apartments are disgusting. Parents, this IS NOT the student living you want. Oh and for the apartment management, there is none, or they’re never there. Crime, police are a daily occurrence. Also, ask them about the extra money a non student can pay to live in this cheap mess. Hopefully I can post pictures.

Had a tour with Resa, she was very helpful and answered all our questions. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind despite struggles with inconsistent technology she went above and beyond to provide great service to us.

Mrs. Resa was AMAZING. She made my guardian and I feel really welcome and she answered all of our questions. Very satisfied!

Honestly, Seahawk Cove has been great so far. I’m a student at UNCW and this has been one of the easiest living experiences I’ve had. The apartments are clean, it’s quiet, and the location is super convenient. Management deserves a shout-out because they actually respond fast and take care of things without any hassle. If you’re a student looking for a stress-free place to live, I definitely recommend Seahawk Cove.

I have lived at Seahawk Cove since July, and there have been a few big things that have happened that I am not fond of. We had no mailbox keys for the first few weeks, which is not a huge issue but my roommates who are from out of state could not receive their mail. More recently, the bigger issues have occurred. We found spots of mold, put in a maintenance order only to find out the next day that the ONE maintenance person had left. So I spoke to the office and they had a company come out to look and said there was mold in not just the one spot we saw, but in every room of the apartment. So they said we would hear from our office staff when they would come. Well, the office was closed for almost a week, which seemed to be happening very often so I just waited. The company came to take care of the mold and came back a few days later to double check, never got a follow up or anything. Well now, the one person helping us from management has also left the company, and we have roaches. I am starting to get frustrated because I was told to make a maintenance request, but there (as far as I am aware) is still no on-site maintenance. There is just a phone number for “emergencies” that does not answer when you call.
