Honestly, Seahawk Cove has been great so far. I’m a student at UNCW and this has been one of the easiest living experiences I’ve had. The apartments are clean, it’s quiet, and the location is super convenient. Management deserves a shout-out because they actually respond fast and take care of things without any hassle. If you’re a student looking for a stress-free place to live, I definitely recommend Seahawk Cove.

These people are big time scammers! They returned my brother's security deposit after relentless pressure. These money-grubbing thieves decided to take away the deposit out of the blue a year later. First of all, they don't respond to the calls and when confronted they said, "we don't know anything about it" Stay away from them! Their only discernible skill is making money disappear from other peoples' accounts.

don’t stay here. they’ve been bugging me for months for money for damages that I know nothing about and have nothing to do with, I called several times and told them I don’t owe them anything. They tell me they’ll check on it and never get back to me, just keep sending me the bill. Also the apartment looked terrible the moment i walked in, even though they had “just redone it”. cabinets falling off the walls, paint scratched off, footprints ingrained into our floors. If you’re willing to pay hundreds of dollars in made up fees and falsified damages then this is the place for you.
