Its perfect! It is very spacious and extremely nice for a reasonable price. Ive never had any issues with noise or parties at night its very calm for university housing. The pool and gym/clubhouse is lovely! If maintenance is needed they are quick with it. The houses are all so pretty. everyone that works up front is great and efficient especially emma! They do fun things too, Chickfila for fdoc, candy on Halloween, giveaways! My kitchen and living room is super spacious, my room has beautiful windows and view and a huge closet. It was fully furnished with clean carpeting as well. The amenities include a pool, hottub, a mini firepit area, and lounging couches. The clubhouse has a gym, pool table, study rooms, computers, beanbags, ping pong table, games, balcony, etc. which is always open to enjoy! The entire neighborhood is very well kept. I absolutely love redpoint i think it is the perfect place to live!

do not live here. move in day i opened the door and there was trash in all of our rooms. they didn’t bother to clean in between tenants. there was mold under our kitchen sink from a leak that had not been fixed for months. any time we put in a maintenance request it would either 1 get ignored or 2 say that it had been fixed when no one ever even came in the house that day. there was a leak in my roommates ceiling that leaked everytime it rained and that never got fixed in the year of us living there. the pool was never open and the gym has broken equipment in it. there was no way to get out of this lease and no college student should be stuck to live in a place like this.

I wouldn’t live here. Do not do the random roommates! The staff is not helpful at all. They paired me with a girl that worked there, and she was so rude and disrespectful and belittling, and so unhelpful. I felt unsafe here and not supported. The room rooms were also dirty when I First moved in. You could find much better housing and support for cheaper elsewhere.

Living at Redpoint Wilmington has been such a great experience! The staff here is always super helpful and you can genuinely tell they care about their tenants. Any time I’ve needed something, maintenance has been so kind, quick, and professional. They really go above and beyond. We’ve never had any problems living here, but I know that if we ever did, the office staff would be more than willing to listen and make things right. The actual place itself is super spacious. It’s really a great price for everything that comes with it. I would definitely recommend!

Hey justa heads up if you wanna move here, they let Atlantic Towing Recovery (Atlantic Recovery) use their complex to predatory steal peoples cars. Like, tow without real reason and they know college kids cant afford to fight it. I sold my friend a car and he says its been towed twice since he brought it here. He said a girl up front working in the office told him all he has to do is register the car with the complex on the app and he did, correct info down to the plate. Still got towed because they didnt give him a sticker when he did so. How would he know to go get it if thats what was expected neither of us are sure how yall expect him to know registering also requires a sticker needed from the office. Regardless, if you read Atlantic Recovery google page reviews, theyre awful and mention redpoint directly, and their partnership with towing away people even WITH stickers sometimes apparently. One person even had to file a missing car report because the office didnt even know it was towed, thats how freely they let this predatory towing company operate here. I dont see how any “nice” respectable/safe complex resorts to a towing company with a 2.3 rating & active criminal accusations against them. Its so common here Id say its a huge factor to consider in coming here.
