I would give zero stars if it was an option. I lived at this complex for several years through school and while there the office staff is completely incompetent and unhelpful. The mold growth there is constant and the only fix is painting or spray painting over it after being lied to and told a cleaner was sprayed on it. After having an issue with a refrigerator they brought in a new one that caused an infestation of roaches only after this being brought into the home. Last year one of the bathrooms leaked after cleaners coming for the room and they tried to blame the former person who lived there and never covered the patches. I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s mold in the ceiling due to this leak. The grounds are unkempt constantly with hardly no bags at the dog stations and trash cans always overflowing. There are holes all in the fence which is never locked and homeless people constantly on the property. The office staff let their pets roam around unleashed, with no identification and have often times been unwelcoming and barking. I would not recommend this place to anyone who cares about where their children live while in school.

If I could do 0 stars I would. From the jump, they wanted my roommate and I to move into an inhabitable, moldy house. Their solution was to move us to another unit because we were actively trying to terminate our lease because of the condition it was in. The fixtures in the house barely work, they do a poor job of cleaning before you move in and now that we’ve moved out, they’re trying to charge us 1200+ for “damages” and cleaning fees on things that were like that when we moved in. This place is horrible, staff don’t know what they’re doing and they’re rude. Especially Trevor. Not to mention the underwear left in our house when we moved in. we signed our lease and 2 weeks later they lowered the rent on the same unit $200 cheaper and refused to give us the deal. This place just wants your money and to rip you off. NOT WORTH IT. I wish I read the reviews before I signed the lease or someone told me how bad this place was. Do not live here if you have a choice. In the winter time our hvac broke and we woke up it was 40° in the house. This is section 8 housing with a Gucci belt and lots of false advertising.

Its perfect! It is very spacious and extremely nice for a reasonable price. Ive never had any issues with noise or parties at night its very calm for university housing. The pool and gym/clubhouse is lovely! If maintenance is needed they are quick with it. The houses are all so pretty. everyone that works up front is great and efficient especially emma! They do fun things too, Chickfila for fdoc, candy on Halloween, giveaways! My kitchen and living room is super spacious, my room has beautiful windows and view and a huge closet. It was fully furnished with clean carpeting as well. The amenities include a pool, hottub, a mini firepit area, and lounging couches. The clubhouse has a gym, pool table, study rooms, computers, beanbags, ping pong table, games, balcony, etc. which is always open to enjoy! The entire neighborhood is very well kept. I absolutely love redpoint i think it is the perfect place to live!

Dryer was left broken from the beginning of April til the end of May. Lights flickered and burnt bulbs within weeks. Hot tub hasn’t worked for years as far as I’m aware. Clubhouse was locked for months and unusable. We cleaned it better than what it was when we moved in and are being charged ridiculous cleaning fees. It was much worse when we moved in. We got moved to the unit next door right before we moved in and had to pay the first month of electricity for the initial unit as well as ours, and tried to charge us for not having electricity set up at our new unit despite them moving us the day we moved in. Predatory place to live, horrible. Terrible design with the deadbolt locks as well. Live somewhere else it’s cheaper, nicer, better. Happy to be out of here. Also got charged 50 dollars for the gate fob that for one, does not work. And two, the gates aren’t fob activated, they’re proximity.

do not live here. move in day i opened the door and there was trash in all of our rooms. they didn’t bother to clean in between tenants. there was mold under our kitchen sink from a leak that had not been fixed for months. any time we put in a maintenance request it would either 1 get ignored or 2 say that it had been fixed when no one ever even came in the house that day. there was a leak in my roommates ceiling that leaked everytime it rained and that never got fixed in the year of us living there. the pool was never open and the gym has broken equipment in it. there was no way to get out of this lease and no college student should be stuck to live in a place like this.
