Although the amenities are nice (at times) this place is not as shiny on the inside. Before I really go into my negative experience with this place I will say the staff is extremely nice and truly just doing what they are told. They are extremely nice and welcoming. I have never had a bad experience with the staff just with how things are ran around here. I requested the largest room to be able to have the largest closet because of how many clothes I have. On top of the premium bedroom fee I would also have to pay for a $25 top floor fee, even though I did not request for it and even asked to not live on that floor, I was told there were no other rooms. When I first moved in it was August 14th of 2023 where I had to pay full month rent. During the time I was told I would get it back later when I moved out, which ended up being not true. The move in was extremely stressful being that I was on the fourth floor and the furthest apartment from the elevator. The place was extremely dirty it had pet hair everywhere, piles of trash at the door and about every appliance was dirty. Granted there were people living there when I moved in, just thought there would be a cleaning from the apartment on the shared amenities. I wish I could say it got better but it did not. This apartment complex is constantly trying to make an extra buck off of apartments that are not in the best shape at all. They take advantage of students wanting to live in a community with students and are first time renters. It is not normal to charge a view premium and even if a tree is blocking said view. Being a person that pays the top floor premium it is extremely difficult to reach my apartment with groceries and honestly comes at a huge inconvenience almost every single week I live here and to have to pay for my inconvenience is honestly insane. The stairwells are cleaned not as frequently as needed for the first time pet owners that live here that let their dogs pee in the stairwells. The fire pit has not worked for at least a month. The only reason I resigned was because I just didn’t want to go through moving again after the horrible experience I had moving in. So excited to leave this money sucking fake luxury student housing. Can’t wait to pay another whole month rent when I move in the middle of the month again! Also a lot of my friends have complained about the charges they try to pull on you after you move out. One of my friends had water damage from a storm and then was charged to fix the stains left from the apartment not fixing the damage in a timely or correct manner. Will be interested to see how they try to run up our price on “damage” on our move out.

The worst place to live. So many problems with maintenance, our apartment had leaks in it three times throughout the year and we had to beg them to fix it properly. The pool has been green for over a month with no money taken off rent. There is a homeless camp on the corner and horrible communication overall from management to lessees. Additionally, the doors leading the apartment were broken for months and would not lock. Even under new management it’s been problem after problem.

I have lived at progress the last year and i have nothing but good things to say! the amenities are AMAZING and the staff is awesome. Tori is so funny and always makes conversation whenever you speak with her. What a lovely ball of light that shines in the lobby! Definitely going to miss her when i move out.

I have loved this complex and the staff members! Paige was very welcoming and nice when I picked up my package. The landscaping and buildings are always clean and looking nice!

The staff here is excellent and super friendly. Maintenance was able to address any problem we had super quickly. The grounds are well maintained and the landscaping is beautiful and always clean. Living here has been amazing so far and I would highly recommend it for any students looking to live off campus but still close to school!
