I’ve honestly really enjoyed living here. The apartments themselves are super nice and the facilities such as the pool and clubhouse are great. Maintenance is very thorough and super quick! Any issue I’ve had was quickly solved. My one issue is parking but in the grand scheme of things it’s not horrible, just not a lot of visitor parking.

WARNING TO YOUNG FEMALE COLLEGE STUDENTS: There have been several complaints of a male maintenance person abusing his right to access female tenants’s apartments. Management has done nothing to stop the problem and he is creating an unsafe and inhabitable environment for these students. DO NOT RENT AT THIS PROPERTY UNTIL THE PROBLEM IS RESOLVED. The situation is currently being investigated by the local police department.

I have had an amazing experience living at the cottages! The maintenance team responds quickly and always does a great job. There is clear communication between residence and the office, flexible leasing agreements, and a happy living environment! I would recommend to all students!

While I can't speak about the living amenities yet since my daughter was recently approved, I wanted to share my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service provided by the management at the Cottages of College Acres. Grace, the property manager, is nothing short of outstanding. She's incredibly responsive—answering emails at all hours—and genuinely cares about the safety and well-being of both students and their families. Her dedication and hard work offer immense peace of mind for parents like me. The property owners are truly fortunate to have someone of her caliber on their team. For any student or parent seeking supportive and caring accommodations, I highly recommend the Cottages for their exceptional service and genuine commitment to providing a secure and positive residential experience.

I love living at the cottages! It’s in the perfect location to walk to class, the apartments are all very new & nice, i always feels safe here, and the staff are always super helpful & friendly. Definitely recommend!!
