Ken provided exceptional service! He was professional, courteous, and very efficient in fixing my air conditioner. He quickly identified the problem, completed the repair, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. My A/C is now cooling great. What really stood out was his kindness—he even brought me some cookies, which was a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that I truly appreciated. It’s rare to receive service that’s both technically excellent and genuinely caring. Thank you, Ken, for going above and beyond. I highly recommend him!

Ken did a great job! He fixed our washing machine in a very timely manner and was super friendly!

I went here a bunch of times spending some time with my girlfriend and it was non stop partying until 1 am. I would advise you not to live here. You can hear everything. Let me clarify it was on the week days partying and having a loud speaker. Also a lot of the people jump the fences and they aren’t from here. They also have guns on their hips and running the stairs. We had a couple of times some of the guys tried hitting on my girlfriend. Using really disrespectful language towards her. The pool closes at 10 and this party started at 11 pm. There’s no security here either.

Thank you and we love you Ken! Superhero is an understatement, I am thoroughly convinced that my apartment building would be a pile of smoldering rubble if not for our incredible maintenance man. No one gets down to do the nitty gritty work required to keep this place moving like KEN! In a world full of unfunny boys who can’t change a tire ( Like my roommate Brock) Ken is a man who can put a smile on your face while fixing your toilet.

Pool parties during the summer... If you want no sleep and loud parties all night during the summer, this is the place to stay! The cops and security have been called too many times to count and the pool just opened. The people that party here don't even live here. The other day I watched a group of people get dropped off by a car and one of the guys jumped the fence, and opened the door from the inside to let everyone in. If your window faces the pool, count on hearing all loud screams and music from the parties. The walls are thin. Today was actually the "pool party" held by the faculty. Faculty leaves at 6pm. It is past 10:00pm and it seems that they forgot to turn off the apartment's music speakers. I am very excited to not sleep tonight because their loud music is still playing. I have never stayed the summer at altitude before, but I am very disappointed. I have work like most normal people do, and my sleep schedule has been disturbed too many times to count because of poor security and no faculty around.
