⭐☆☆☆☆ Management seems far more interested in collecting rent than helping residents find reasonable solutions. My daughter transferred to another school after signing her lease. The lease offers no termination option, so she did exactly what management require, she found someone willing to take over her lease. Even better, her current roommate also found a new roommate, and all parties agreed to the arrangement. The new tenant has already signed a lease with the property requesting my daughter’s roommate as her roommate. Management refused to allow my daughter’s replacement to assume her lease, yet they are willing to transfer my daughter’s roommate instead. The result? My daughter remains financially responsible even though a qualified replacement is ready to take over. This could have been resolved with a simple lease takeover that worked for everyone. Instead, management chose the option that leaves my daughter financially responsible for a lease she no longer needs, despite there being a qualified replacement ready to move in. If you’re considering living here, read the lease very carefully. Don’t expect management to work with you, even when there’s a reasonable solution that benefits everyone involved.

Very friendly & helpful office staff so this review doesn’t reflect them. I lived here for 3 years and my rent was significantly increased over that time. It’s just overpriced. No patio/porch, no covered parking, no amenities, no laundry room, no walk-in closets. It’s just not worth the high cost. Typical student living where the smell of marijuana comes through the walls. There was ALWAYS dog poop in the outdoor common areas.

Not Worth the High Cost !! Aero Apartments is one of the most expensive places in the area, but it’s definitely not worth the price. They initially offer gift cards as an incentive when you sign the lease, but over time, they recover that amount by imposing hefty fines. For example, even though the maintenance guy was right on the premises, I got charged $50 just for getting locked out of my room. The building construction is poor—when people walk on the top floor, you can clearly hear it from the bottom floor. Also, when I moved out, despite leaving my apartment in pristine condition (with photos to prove it), they still charged me $70 from my security deposit. There are no amenities like a clubhouse, swimming pool, or a closed community, yet the rent is ridiculously high. Overall, Aero Apartments is not worth the money, and I would not recommend it.

I would not recommend Aero Apartments to ANYONE, especially college students or young adults looking for a safe, stable place to live. My experience living here was genuinely awful. Our apartment had a serious high-humidity issue year-round that contributed to mold growth throughout the unit. We found mold around the A/C/PTAC units, in light fixtures, near walls/vents, on furniture, shoes, desks, desk chairs, a coffee table, picture frames, and personal belongings. Mold on the A/C units was so bad it left permanent stains on the vents. There was also a hole underneath the A/C unit that appeared to let in outside air, moisture, bugs, and who knows what else. We documented the humidity levels, visible mold, damaged belongings, and communication with management. I was sick for about a month. My doctor connected my symptoms to mold exposure and provided a doctor’s note. When I brought it to the property manager, she showed little to no empathy and laughed. When we asked if we could be released from our lease because of the conditions, she laughed again and said, “They aren’t letting you out of your lease.” Switching units was not presented as an option either. They expected us to stay in the unit for the rest of the lease despite the mold, humidity, health concerns, and damage to our belongings. To be clear, they did attempt “remediation.” We were given two moisture bags for our closets and were allowed to borrow a dehumidifier for a couple of weeks before being asked to return it because other residents needed it. Even with the dehumidifier, our humidity levels stayed around 85–90%, so it did not solve the problem. We were repeatedly told to turn on our A/C units, even though they were already on, and were made to feel responsible for managing the humidity ourselves. Their remediation efforts were, respectfully, a joke. We felt so gaslit by staff that we hired our own mold inspector. When he entered the unit, he said it felt like it was raining inside. He also told us we were not the only unit he was helping with that day. We also spoke with other residents who confirmed they were dealing with high humidity in their apartments too. Based on our experience, conversations with residents, and the fact that the dehumidifier had to be taken back because others needed it, this appears to be a larger Aero problem. For the way this property markets itself, the actual living experience did not match the image or price being advertised. I recommend taking the 5-star reviews with a grain of salt. In my experience, residents were asked to leave Google reviews in exchange for being entered into a giveaway. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this property to read reviews carefully, look at the negative reviews, and research the management company as well. I truly do not want anyone else to go through what we went through. If you are considering signing here, please be careful. Buy a humidity reader before moving in. Do not sign the lease without touring the actual unit you will live in. Do not let them pressure or scare you into signing before you feel comfortable. Ask about humidity, mold, PTAC/A/C maintenance, ventilation, prior water issues, and what they will actually do if your unit becomes unsafe. There are plenty of other apartments nearby with better amenities and living situations. Aero was not worth the stress, health concerns, damaged belongings, or the way we were treated. This was one of the worst rental experiences I have ever had, and I would strongly encourage future residents to look elsewhere.

Y’all make a wise decision. Stayed there for less than 3 months and left the apartment in clean and undamaged condition just to get those charges. Plus, they don't have a courtesy to reply the email I sent them about disputing those unwarranted charges.
