Love the Kate!! Best place to live in Wichita Falls! The most beautiful sunsets every evening. Talk about a GOLDEN hour!!! Very safe, secure and convenient! Love that there is a restaurant and convenience store located right down stairs. Located directly across from the park. Couldn't be more centrally located! KitKat and Z lo also agree. We love living downtown!

The staph are great. They keep it clean I like being near all the restaurants. Grocery store downstairs is nice as well

It's really quiet here and the tenets are very respectful and polite when I see them in the building. Also, it is clean. That's a big one for me. I also have a decent view, I can see the Big Blue building and the downtown park from my floor.
