Bought a property off these people. I didn’t even realize what I was getting myself into, ran the electric wrong in attic it was an extreme fire hazard, drywall jobs done awful. The walls bow, they repainted the house and you can still see the previous paint. They couldn’t even buy a junction box to try and prevent a fire hazard. I’ve had to pay an electrician already 3500$ and still isn’t done. We are finding multiple places where it can be a fire hazard all through the attic and walls. I thought maybe a simple fix but no everything was rigged to sell and them not care about someone possibly dying in a house they remolded. Awful business. Highly don’t recommend dealing with these people let alone buying anything from them.

Was all cleared 100 percent from screening, housing tells me management had confusion on if my voucher woul cover the unit and helped explain yes it would. Waited for a update for a month only to finally get told my background was no good as I didn't have verified history. First off I'm homless atm secondly my previous was a house I owned for 7 years. So I get that fixed with a fax statement. Then almost 2 weeks go by before management leaves a message saying my credits to low and again no verified rental history....I have a voucher so um credit cant be a thing. And if it is I'm sorry I get a cosigner like everyone else. Secondly, my previous place prior to my last which was last year for a whole year and plenty verifiable, I owned and my roomies last before that she rented for 7 years with only 1 late payment. So with out a doubt they are very very shady and unprofessional unethical and down right discriminatory in their ways. I suggest not dealing with any of them as they are out for no renter. Stay away.

Very, Very, Very unprofessional! Gave me a lousy reason that me and my emotional support animal couldn't rent from them because it was a "multi family" home but it was because of what breed she was. When I asked for more information about this because I currently live in a "multi family" home they ignored me and stopped all contact. if you're wanting a decent property to rent from.. don't go with them, yes the houses are very cute and worth it but there is a lack of communication and professionalism. As a property manager you should have some sort of urgency to help those who are interested in renting and unfortunately there is none here.. DO BETTER

This is the worst company to rent from. I have not had a good experience with them yet. Their properties are over priced and not in the best condition. They neglect their tenants needs. They don’t answer their office phone. They only take maintenance request online, but they have very slow response times to emails. They are unprofessional. They lack people skills and integrity. They are more like slum lords than a property management company. It’s clear that they don’t care about the people they rent to. I wish I had a single nice thing to say about them but I honestly don’t. They just need quit and start all over. If you are thinking of renting from them I highly suggest you look over all these bad reviews and think again.

Let me tell ya, these guys are awesome. OG Bob runs the place, but I assume he’s just around to attract college girls. Not sure how he hasn’t been picked up by a modeling agency yet. The office ladies are always there to help. They respond to emails fast, and even encourage my occasional 3am drunk email. And then there’s Rob, the maintenance guy. Holy cats this dude can fix anything. He never accepts my beers but he did give us a stripper pole for free so there’s that! My only complaint is that we have a hot tub and they have turned down every offer to come over for a hot tub movie night. I even said I’d buy them a snorkel. How can you turn that down?! By far the best place to rent a house in Whitewater.
