This place has deleted numerous reviews and is conducting illegal practices. I moved in July of 2025 as of May 2026 have not received my $990 security deposit. I confirmed before handing the keys that they had all the info they needed to reach out. I have called and emailed several times from August to May with no response. This is written on May 20th, 2026. As of two days ago I find a fraudulent debt claim of $6661 on my credit report from a collections company. I find out that they acquired this debt from this place. The same people that have taken almost $1,000 from me. Of course there is no getting in contact with them at all since I moved out and now I’m left with $990 stolen from me and them trying to take another $6,661. I have had zero correspondence or notices about this. I have pictures of when I moved out showing the condition of the unit I was in. My room was always spotless and I only used it to sleep so no damages either. I have the proof. Do not have your kids live here. The A/C does not work in most units. Most of the time I spent my summer nights in 100 degree temperatures. Cleanliness is not enforced at all, I had to take pictures of the filth over months to prove it was happening and that it wasn’t me so I wouldn’t get charged. The people that run this place are by definition frauds. I will be reporting to the MN Attorney General and making a police report while I dispute everything.

Context: this is a review I've had to post repeatedly as this complex likes to delete their Google page to remove their bad reviews. I lived here from 2019 to 2020. This was my experience. If management has changed, things may be different. If it hasn't, good luck. Without further ado, here's the review. Just don't live here unless you are entirely out of options. They will take your security deposit and make up entirely false reasons on why they didn't return it entirely. The internet rarely worked. The flooring wasn't even finished in the place when I lived there. The staff is sketchy to say the least. If you're ever able to pin down the manager in his office, you've stumbled into a miracle. The lots are rarely plowed in the winter resulting in my car being stuck in slush and snow until I shoveled myself a path to gain enough speed to leave. Nothing is ever done about noise complaints. The on site maintenance guy has severe anger problems. They've apparently also taken down their Google page before due to bad reviews since I had previously left one when I escaped this place and saw the place listed as closed when it clearly wasn't. Almost every fire extinguisher was beyond expired. When I had a new place I was planning on renting contact them for reference, they claimed I never lived there, and when I called them to confront them about this, they shouted at me and called me a liar. This place is not worth your time or money. Stay away.

The team got me into my unit a day early and I didn’t even ask. Excellent help. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!!!
