Love that they completely renovated the building and now people of all ages and family types are able to rent there. The maintenance man on property (Erik) is so kind and very helpful and is willing to do anything and everything to help make your transition moving in there flawlessly. I was one of the first people in the building when they were done with reconstruction of June 2022. And from the very beginning they were super accommodating when I first moved in I had asked to change the apartment room that I wanted to be in initially and they allowed me to switch rooms before anybody else had taken that room. In addition to their flexibility with me changing my apartment rooms when I first moved in, I had approximately four months remaining on my lease when i unexpectedly became pregnant and needed to make changes and move in with my significant other who had owned a house so it made more sense for me to move in with him then moving into my apartment. And because of this and trying to get ready for a baby I had asked for an early lease termination, which normally not many landlords do and Im sure that because of my situation that kind of inclined them to negotiate with me. I am super grateful for Ann (property manager) and the owner of the building for being very empathetic to my situation and agreeing to let me break my lease upon our negotiated terms . I don’t typically leave reviews but I feel as though that this being a new building and new ownership it’s really important for them to get that awareness out into the community that this is a great building to rent from and stay at. Thank you so much for my time here I loved living there it was beautiful clean updated and every one of the staff was so kind to me . A special thank you to Ann for helping me through this whole process and communicating with me every step of the way you truly were so amazing!!

I know the caretaking staff...good people...but supposedly only college students can rent there, so its allegedly limited to that market exclusively.
