Victory on Salisbury, west-lafayette-in

I loved living here! The staff was amazing and had absolutely no problems the entirety of the time I stayed here. Keegan Russell also made everything easy, and I’ve recommended multiple friends of mine moving to the area to speak with him! Keep it up!

I absolutely love living here! It’s such a close walk to campus, all of my classes are 10-12 minutes away, and it’s close by the Chauncey area. The living space itself is new, clean, and well maintained once you get there. The community laundry units make it so your water bill isn’t as high as in you had in unit, and they are very accessible. The maintenance people and staff in the leasing office are so willing to help and are one of the reasons I wanted to renew my lease here! When I had questions about changing units, fixing something in the apartment, or about the lease they were so helpful and accommodating. They have an easy interface app for residents to pay for rent, request maintenance, renew your lease, etc. You really feel valued as a resident, and that makes living here all the better! If I could give a 1000/5 stars I would! Ps. Big ups to Joe the homie in the leasing office!

The management group here keep putting advertisements on my car when I already live in an apartment community??? Just doesn’t make sense and it’s annoying because I don’t want to be bothered when I am in private parking at my complex. Don’t do this again, very invasive and just flat out weird marketing.

Staff is amazing! Always there for us when we need it. Maintenance is fast to get our work orders fixed.

I highly recommend Victory for all Purdue students looking for quality apartments super close to campus offered at a really affordable price!
