My son picked up his keys and went to move in, only to discover black mold and water damage everywhere. The unit smelled terrible. The switch in the bathroom was completely rusted. No caulk in shower, mold obviously behind the tile, every cabinet was dented, weather stripping on every window was dry rotted with water damage and mold. Cobwebs everywhere. The fan for hvac is covered in dust and dirt and hair, it's clearly never been maintained. They charge a $1,000 cleaning fee for 2 people. What exactly is that fee being used for??? My son went to the leasing office to let them know and was told he needed to email operations and it would take a couple days most likely to hear back. He already paid rent on the first, not allowed to move in till the 5th. At this point he will owe next rent before he even gets into the apartment. Considering this is a $1600 a month apartment.. I'm floored with how disgusting it is. We'll contact operations and update if an appropriate resolution is made in timely manner.

Sidney was my guide to everything wonderful about Granite. Most people that I've interacted with who work at leasing offices for apartments leave me feeling almost guilty for taking up their time and have made me feel like they resent having to spend time with me showing me around an apartment. But Sidney was so dang friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and communication skills are ON POINT. I know exactly what to expect when I move in and she was so clear on next steps etc in the process. Couldn't have asked for a better Granite tour guide. Granite got lucky with her!

Excellent service and a very professional leasing experience. I called the leasing office around 9:15 a.m. hoping to see an apartment on very short notice because I had a flight in a few hours. Hayden C. was incredibly accommodating despite the tight timing. I needed to leave Purdue University by 10:30 a.m., and although he already had an appointment at 10:00, he offered to meet me at 10:30. Knowing my schedule was tight, he even arrived early at the front entrance to make things easier. Hayden was very professional throughout the tour. The entire building is well-maintained. The apartment was under cleaning, but it was well kept. It also fit my child's needs. He clearly explained the company and the apartment, answered all of my questions, and even suggested other apartments that might also fit our needs. After the tour, he stayed on top of follow-ups. Although we ultimately couldn’t move forward due to logistical reasons, he remained courteous and understanding the entire time. I truly appreciate his professionalism, responsiveness, and customer-focused attitude. Highly recommended.

Overall, I had a really positive experience with Granite. Over the past couple of weeks, they helped me explore both on-campus and off-campus housing options with a friend. They were always quick to respond, very friendly, and easy to work with throughout the process. I was planning to sign a lease on a house, but ended up having to back out due to a change in my roommate situation. They were very understanding and even refunded my application fee. I really appreciated their professionalism and would definitely recommend them!

Worst possible landlords of all time. They will come in to your apartment without notice and look for reasons to fine you. I lived in one of their apartments in 2015 when I was a student at Purdue. To this day, they are still the worst landlord I have ever had.
