The Landing, west-lafayette-in

Excellent community and place to live. I lived here for 4 years and had a wonderful experience. The leasing staff and maintenance team are top notch and very friendly. It is a bit on the expensive side but you get that for a high quality apartment that is walking distance from campus. A bit of noise from the parking garage and neighbors but no major problems. I would recommend!

I'm going to be new to the city and Wabash Landing is hands down my choice. Amy has been so prompt in helping me navigate the process and answering every single question I had to help me transition smoothly. She even locked down an apartment & rate for me despite my move-in date being uncertain. It's very rare to find such consideration from leasing offices. I'm excited to start the new chapter of my life here. If you're in the same boat as mine, please don't hesitate to lease an apartment here. I promise you won't be let down!

Great place to live. Close to everything you could want or need. The staff is top notch. Amy and Mindy are amazing and if they ever leave we will all go with them. Recommend them highly.

I've lived at Wabash Landing for about 2 years. Wabash Landing is a great place to live and the staff treat you like family. The maintenance staff are quick to respond and always there to help. Also, the building is clean, quiet, and close to the bus stop for school. They even offer garage parking if needed. Hands down the best place to live. If you are thinking about renting at Wabash Landing, just do it.
