The Cottages on Lindberg, west-lafayette-in

I’ve had a really positive experience so far. The office staff was great about getting me into a unit quickly, especially since I relocated here for work on short notice. My apartment was in great condition at move-in, so shoutout to the maintenance team as well. Leanne was especially helpful and accommodating—she made time for a last-minute tour on Saturday before I moved in that Monday, which made the whole process much smoother. The entire leasing team has been welcoming and easy to work with. The staff has already hosted a few resident events, which has helped make the community feel more lively and comfortable. Overall, it’s been a smooth transition and a great place to land.

The Cottages have been absolutely AMAZINGGGG!!!!!! I started at Purdue with a different housing situation that fell through and the Cottages were able to secure me a spot and help me move in within just a few hours! Sarah, Clarissa, and Nicky, are so full of energy and good vibes that always brighten my day! By far the friendliest and most helpful office staff I've ever encountered. Maintenance is also phenomenal! They respond to even the most minor issues (like changing a lightbulb) within 20 minutes! And the AMENITIES of this place are off the charts! The pool is always clean, community areas well maintained, and don't even get me started on the tanning bed! I use it multiple times a week and it's always in tip top shape! Beyond amenities, the Cottages and their staff go above and beyond for residents. They frequently host fun events such as the once or twice a month "We Cook Wednesdays" where dinner is served to all residents. They've also hosted Wine & Chocolate, Beer & Wings, as well as Vision Board nights! If you're considering the Cottages as your next step, then I'd say All Aboard! I truly cannot express how wonderful my entire experience has been. I highly recommend this place, these people, and the Cottages on Lindberg experience!

I have had the privilege of being a vendor for this property for twelve years. During this time I have worked closely with the administrative staff and maintenance team. They are led by an amazing, knowledgeable and organized Property Manager, Caitlin Wright. Caitlin always makes turns easy and fun, she is the reason I look forward to returning each season. I’ve worked with many properties over the years, Caitlin and the Cottages are one of the best anywhere.

The Cottages on Lindberg is a great place to live! They have a great community with lots of events. The location is amazing and the bus system makes getting to campus super easy.

The Cottages is really great place to live with a lot of great people both in the community and in the office! Everyone is very helpful and all the events and socials are great as well. The staff are very nice and very helpful.
