I had the chance to tour RISE with Alani, and it was honestly a great experience. She showed me around all the amenities and made sure I got a real feel for the place. I especially liked the study spaces, which seemed perfect for staying productive, and the gym was super well-equipped and modern. Alani was really helpful throughout the tour, answering all my questions and making the whole process easy and comfortable. Because of the experience, I’m currently in the process of signing my lease. Definitely recommend reaching out to her if you’re considering living here!

Looks nice on the outside, but living here was anything but Management was unhelpful when I repeatedly reported a neighbor who frequently smoked weed. The smell entered my apartment, and even after I cited sections of the lease that prohibited it, management ignored the issue instead of addressing it. Communication was dismissive and unprofessional. On top of that, the property had recurring maintenance issues, including the elevators (which sucks when you live in a tall building). The only saving grace of this godforsaken apartment was its location.

I recently went to visit a friend at Rise and completely loved their amenities! Although it’s still cold at times, I loved their view from the 14th floor and am excited to go again. I am thinking about potentially living in an apartment in the near future so I spoke with Alani at the front office and she was able to answer all my questions and clear all doubts I had! Looks like a great place to live.

I lived at Rise on Chauncey for three years and unfortunately cannot recommend it. From move-in, the apartment was not provided in clean condition. Throughout my time there, management was often difficult to reach, and there were multiple occasions when staff were not present during posted office hours. When issues arose, getting them resolved was often frustrating and time-consuming. In situation where they were in the wrong, they handled them unprofessionally. Rather than acknowledging the inconvenience and financial impact this caused, the response felt dismissive and failed to address the concerns I raised. After three years as a resident, I expected better communication, accountability, and professionalism.

I have lived in Rise for two years now and have already renewed for next year! I have had the change to use all the amenities and specially love the study rooms. It is a great way to focus, study with other residents and get a change of scenery. I have also had the chance to get to know the staff and they have been great help, specially Alani and Isaac who helped me when I was locked out of my apartment in the past. Can't recommend Rise enough!
