I love my Launch family. After a house fire, I struggled to find a place due to not having rent history. Launch took me in under their wings and me and my girl Xena (Cane Corso) are loving our home. The apartment is roomy and the staff are super friendly! They are constantly improving and looking out for their residents! Amenity center/gym is neat as well! There are two dog parks and they are always looking at ways to improve ! The only con is that the apartments are a little bit older, so there is normal wear and tear. However, Its still a nice place to live!! Update July 2026: Launch went through a rough patch but new management has taken over and they are doing an overhaul of the apartments making it safer and more beautiful!

I'm disappointed with how my move-out refund has been handled. The leasing office confirmed in writing that I am owed a refund, but after approximately four months and numerous phone calls and emails, I still have not received payment or a meaningful update. Throughout this time, I have repeatedly been told that someone would follow up, but that has not happened. It has also been very difficult to reach the leasing office because the AI phone system repeatedly fails to connect me to a staff member. I have made every effort to resolve this matter directly and simply want the refund that the property has already acknowledged is owed. I hope management sees this review and resolves the issue promptly.

I have had an incredibly bad experience at Launch Apartments. I would not recommend it to anyone. Their prices are comparable to other places and the bare minimum 100-200 $ you save every month is not worth it at Launch Apartments. I stayed here for only 6 months and have had a series of bad events which were mainly lead due to the really poor management. I was charged extra for selecting a central conditioning apartment where the central system was not working. The vents was missing a fan in my room and had cardboards in it, even after multiple complaints to the launch management, they did not help. I told them it was really hot in the apartment, they mentioned they had cooling units but they were saved for people whose house were worse than ours. So I stayed in very hot and then very cold temperatures during winters without being able to control the temperature. On top of that my electricity bill was extra due to the fan I had to buy, which they said they would cover the bill for but ghosted me when I actually sent the bill. I have also lodged multiple pest complaints starting from the incessant amounts of fruit flies in kitchen and spiders in balcony such that I barely used the balcony because it was disgusting. I also had cockroaches in the kitchen which the pest guys came in once for and did bare minimum which did not help. The water here is brown for hot and yellow for cold water most days from tap, and the water quality is so so bad it has affected my hair a lot. My friends apartment had absolutely 0 water supply for two days and this happened twice. On top of this, they give out leases till mid December, and charge you for the whole month. It’s a scam. Also starting 2025 fall they have replaced all WiFi units, which cost more than they did when we bought them individually, and the WiFi was out for 10 days and management did not help at all. On top of all this the management is extremely rude, with a particular lady shouting at me even when I was not speaking to her. Other staff members are also very rude and unhelpful. Their standard reply to everything is we can’t help it, you’ll have to deal with it. Anyone moving to WL I would suggest definitely not moving to Launch Apartments at all. You think you’ll be saving on rent but due to the poor maintenance and having to manage things on your own it ended up being very inconvenient and extremely costly. On the flip side, I lived with evergreen apartments for a year prior to this, and even though they charge a little more, their maintenance is amazing. I would lodge a complaint and they would have people come over the same day if possible or the first thing next morning. They were extremely helpful and I had barely any problems living there.

Living at Launch Apartments has been a major disappointment. First, management increased the rent while providing less quality, which already felt unfair. But what’s worse is the current state of the property, for days it has looked like a dump, with no real upkeep or care. On top of that, maintenance is a complete joke. I’ve submitted several requests because things don’t work properly. Each time, someone shows up, takes a look, and leaves without fixing anything. Nothing gets resolved. This place charges like a premium complex but delivers the experience of a neglected property. If you value cleanliness, accountability, and basic maintenance, look elsewhere.

I would not recommend living at Launch Apartments based on my experience. When I first moved in, the apartment they initially tried to give me wasn’t even finished. There was paint everywhere, the shower head wasn’t installed, and there were exposed wires hanging from the ceiling. It was completely unacceptable and should never have been shown to a new tenant. The leasing staff at the time was also very unprofessional throughout the process. Thankfully, I immediately requested a different apartment, and they eventually gave me another one—but that apartment had its own long list of problems. I moved in on December 29, right in the middle of winter. On move-in day, I discovered that the heat did not work, and I also had no hot water. Since it was a weekend, I contacted maintenance because I was told they had emergency maintenance available. Despite this, no one ever came out. I was left without heat or hot water for several days and had to shower at my sister’s house until someone finally came the following week. Maintenance has been another ongoing issue. There have been multiple occasions where maintenance entered my apartment without notifying me beforehand. I’ve also submitted maintenance requests that were marked as “completed,” even though nothing had actually been repaired. It’s frustrating because you’re left thinking an issue has been resolved when it hasn’t. If you’re placed in one of the older units, don’t expect updated appliances. Several appliances have had problems, and my apartment didn’t even come with a microwave. The apartment itself looked old and poorly maintained from the start. The walls were dirty, the ceilings had mold, and black water has even come out of my bathtub faucet. Those are not conditions anyone should have to live in. The pest problem is also terrible. I’ve dealt with bugs throughout the apartment, including finding a giant silverfish. For the amount of rent and extra fees tenants pay, basic pest control and cleanliness should not be an issue. The common areas aren’t much better. The hallways constantly smell like marijuana, and the laundry room is honestly disgusting. It’s dirty, poorly maintained, and residents often leave it a mess. Most of the dryers don’t even work, so when someone leaves their clothes sitting in the only working dryer, you’re forced to wait or move someone else’s laundry just to dry your own clothes. To make matters worse, I was told I had to use the PayRange app to pay for the washers and dryers. I spent around $3 every time I washed and dried clothes, only to later find out the machines didn’t even require payment. I had been wasting money for months because of incorrect information. The monthly fees are also excessive and make very little sense. Besides rent, there are separate charges for trash, water, garbage disposal, and several other miscellaneous fees that quickly add up. It feels like management is constantly looking for ways to charge tenants more while doing very little to improve the property or address legitimate concerns. The most disappointing part is the lack of professionalism from the office staff when I first moved in. It often felt like concerns were ignored until I started talking about taking legal action. Tenants shouldn’t have to fight just to get basic maintenance, working utilities, or a safe, clean place to live. Overall, my experience at Launch Apartments has been extremely disappointing. Between unfinished apartments, no heat or hot water at move-in, maintenance issues, poor communication, bugs, mold, dirty common areas, confusing laundry charges, and countless extra fees, this has easily been one of the worst renting experiences I’ve had. I strongly encourage anyone considering moving here to tour carefully, ask plenty of questions, and read recent reviews before signing a lease.
