This is the worst place I have ever lived. I pay way too much in rent for what I am getting. The dishwasher does not work, there is black residue on any dishes I wash in it. The stove 2/4 burners work, the walls are SO THIN. Additionally, the appliances are so out of date for what you are paying. The blinds fall off and give little privacy. It does not include parking, a gym, or even a mailroom. There is very little security anyone could walk into the building and access any floor. The faucets in both the bathrooms and kitchen have mold in them and the water pressure is awful as well as the temperature is not hot enough. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I lived here for a year and am leaving. Much better options for the OUTRAGEOUS prices you pay to live here.
