Sharing parent perspective on daughter first year in apartment managed by this company. The leasing experience was positive - a desirable location close to campus. The communication provided on policies and rules are professional and clear in the first six months. The management appears strict on enforcing policies with a focus on ensuring safety and maintaining quality environment for all residents - which is a plus in my book. Other parents we've provided recommendation commented that leasing agents/tours were professional, well done and valuable for them. Based on positive experience, have decided to lease again next year.

Muinzer is the freaking best place to live near Purdue campus. The Property Manager here is absolutely amazing, she is well informed, professional and suffers NO FOOLS. The leasing staff are very friendly, helpful and resourceful. Wish I can go back to college just to live here again, tons a great memories!

I have had a great experience renting from Muinzer Property. The property is clean and well-maintained. The locations are convenient, close to shops and public transportation, and the neighborhoods feel safe and quiet. Any minor issues were addressed quickly by the landlord/property manager, who was responsive and professional. I would definitely recommend this rental company to others.

Made for a great experience. Older, smaller complex and room for me, but it was perfect for my needs. The highlight for me was working with the Muinzer staff. I did have a couple maintenance needs, but they quickly addressed them. I was able to get to live close enough to campus to walk daily while also have a little quiet space off campus. It was the space I needed!
