Literally the best landlord I could ask for. If I ever have an issue with anything, she responds almost immediately and maintenance always shows up within a few hours, if not minutes! The best location next to campus and target. She’s always helping everyone out as best she can, even helped me find some furniture and suggested some jobs. She genuinely cares about her tenants and is so sweet. The apartment itself is also so nice! Very spacious and even has a balcony so you can get some fresh air. In unit laundry and all kitchen amenities that are necessary is provided so it made my life so easy.

I have been with Fratello Properties for three years now. First 2 years in the state street commons and one in the studios. There is a reason why I have stayed with them for my college experience and it is because of the management, location, and maintenance. As well as having the best landlord who knows what she’s doing. I would recommend either properties to anyone! Brandy is the best. ❤️

The unit was clean and nice when I moved in. Brandy and Jim have also been extremely responsive whenever we had any inquires or minor issues such as shower clogging (they're also just super nice people in general!). The call line has also been helpful in redirecting or relaying our message to them. Great location with reasonable pricing - close to most academic buildings and restaurants in Chauncey!

I lived here for a year and it was one of the best apartments I've live in during my years at Purdue. Brandy, John, and Jim are the absolute best and they will do everything they can to take care of any problems you have. The response time for maintenance issues are immediate despite it being an emergency or not. The location is unbeatable and the apartment itself is the perfect size and quality.

I have lived at State Street Commons for 2 years now and have just signed my lease to come back for my last year! It is a great place to live with a great management staff. They are real easy to talk to and are understanding. On top of that the location is ideal! I would 100% recommend this to anyone that is looking for an apartment. Paradigm Properties has added to my experience at Purdue and I am ever grateful for that.
