Had the best experience this year with West Chester housing. Every employee there is beyond helpful and super nice. They are always willing to help you with whatever you need and they are very understanding and flexible. Also the maintenance team was wonder whenever there was a problem they would be there right away. I would choose this company any day of the week. Best student housing in all the WCU.

Beware before leasing if your child isn't 100% sure he or she will return the following year. No one from the office will talk to you if you have a complaint. I had about 6 consecutive email replies in minutes telling me basically it's not their problem, but no one had the decency to return my call or respond to my requests for one. My child is unable to return to WCU next year and notified WCOCH at least 5 months prior and had a replacement tenant already approved. I paid $950 as a security deposit in October. We're told his replacement also has to pay $950, and we lose our $950 as it's now considered a "penalty for breaking a lease." The notification was months before the lease was to start, the unit was never vacant, rent was never interrupted, no damage was done, and we provided a replacement tenant who was approved. How can WCOCH justify charging a full deposit as a penalty to a student under these circumstances? A $950 penalty is way too excessive for minimal paperwork to be done. Very upset that their only reply is that he signed a "legal document."

I love WC Off Campus Housing. They are wonderful landlords. I rent a professional office. My son and his Fiance also rent an apartment from WC Off Campus Housing. Very positive experience.

wcoch should be your LAST option for renting at wcu. they are the biggest penny-pinchers and will charge you for the smallest things in the world, for example if you leave something outside of your apartment they will charge you what ever they want, just because they can. those girls in their office just sit around doing nothing every day all week, and if you ask to speak to a higher up they won’t even tell you, they don’t even know who they are working for? and your security deposit… forget about it, you will never be getting it back because i guess they need all the money in the world that they can get their hands on. i wish i could give this review 0 stars!! action needs to be taken against wcoch because they are robbing college students without warning.

The unit my son rented was in good condition and updated. The process to rent was easy and each tenant has their own lease. The closing process was straight forward and the group was happy to get most of the security deposit back. For 20 year old guys, this was a win.
