While USH is a good community to live with for a year or two, there are many flaws I see that need to be worked on. My experience with USH was poor. Moving into East Village, my apartment was NOT cleaned well and had many issues. The staff (not maintenance, they are kind people) was always rude. I’ve lost packages I have had shipped, with no one seeming to care. I stayed throughout the summer, which is where most of my issues began... The painters they hired painted over MY private belongings, the cleaning crew made my apartment DIRTIER, and trash that was left in my roommates rooms was left on the kitchen table for ME to throw out. When I brought this to the attention of USH, they brushed me off. Matters are not made better when giving students 48 hours notice that they will be kicked out of their apartment during the beginning of a pandemic. Not enough time... No one made my experience pleasant.

I was a client. I spent over a year there only to be told I never fit their criteria. Nurse John gave me wrong meds and also a geodon shot to put me under even though I posed no risk to self or others. The lack of socializing ruined my social skills I left worse then I came. Do Not put your child here.it will give them PTSD and destroy their future
