Management is awful by the time they finally come to fix whatever is broken they blame whatever it is being broken on you. My fridge was broke and they tried to tell me it was because I put too much food in reminder there was only five items and a bag of ice in my freezer, but she swore it was my fault because if she put it in any other apartment, it would’ve worked fine with her words sorry I didn’t know that the limit per apartment with two drinks and some condiments didn’t realize it was too much for your fridge

I've recently moved and have been here over a week. From my experience the leasing office is very friendly and makes sure to let you know if something is happening. The apartment itself is fine for the most part. The one I got was a large bedroom phase 1 and immediately I noticed some issues with the apartment like the kitchen cabinets falling off and the missing exhaust fan in the bathroom. Most of them weren't too crazy and they end up getting fixed abt week after by maintenance.

Find alternate living arrangements if you truly want to have a nice apartment with fair management that addresses issues. Heating is uncontrolled to the point where you have to leave the windows open in the dead of winter. If you clean upon leaving the apartment; you will still be charged. They will find a way to keep your deposit and charge additional. Definitely will take advantage of tenants and young adults. Management staff is not friendly.

Worst place EVER to live. None of the staff are helpful. They threaten to tow your car when it has a tenant sticker. They say you can’t use your AC under 60 which is understandable, but don’t worry you still get threatened with a 900 dollar charge when it’s 83 degrees out and you have your ac on. The place is absolutely trash. If you put in a request for any type of maintenance they never come to fix it. I don’t suggest living here at all.

Would not recommend anyone waste the time or money living here. I lived here for 2 years. The people running the office are extremely unprofessional and rude. We had a bullet go through our living room wall and no drastic measures were taken for our safety. The neighbor who shot the gun was not evicted. Management informed us he would be gone within one week and he continued to live there for 3 weeks until he finally left. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors. If you have neighbors who smoke marijuana, the smell will come through your closet and stink up your apartment. We got a bad bed bug infestation somehow, I’m assuming from neighbors. Only one air conditioner unit in the bedroom and during the summer, it’s normal for the temperature in your unit to be 80 degrees. The winter, you’re looking at it being 60-65. We had to buy a small heater to get by. Management does nothing if you bring up any of these issues. In the winter, their plowing job is terrible and you can expect to have your car buried. Also, if you don’t get your car moved in time they will tow it. We watched them tow 5-10 cars last winter. The laundry is in a separate building and this is a hassle having to drive back and forth. Half of the dryers do not work and you eventually learn which ones not to waste your money on. Huge waste of money. They also do deals where if you write a good review on here, they will put your name in a drawing for a prize which is probably the only reason there are very few good reviews. Save the time, money and effort and live somewhere else.
