I lived at Diamond Club for 1.5 years and I had a great experience. Allison is very friendly and always makes sure my problems are taken care of promptly. The maintenance guys, Andrew and Josh are always on top of it. They are always respectful when entering the unit and I’ve never had to wait long for something to be fixed. I would recommend these apartments to anyone going to UCM or being stationed at Whiteman!!

Great, friendly office staff. Maintenance is also very friendly, personal and prompt. Community is nice and very pet friendly. Apartments are clean and the pool is great when open during the season. Full gym with updated equipment, community office/study center. Ground are well maintained and clean. Great place for families, students and those looking to save money via co-op living. Come on over, check out the place and meet Bentley. He's the bestest dog ever!

Hello! I’ve never had really any issues while living here in the past two years. Allison and Justine are super great and so is Andrew the maintenance man and Josh. When I put in a maintenance order it’s done within 24 hours whether it’s an emergency or not, I love the community I would like for the pool to stay open longer and a playground of some sort, but that’s just me. I also appreciate Allison and Justine for how accommodating they are. When I first moved in, I needed a bottom floor because of my kids and I’m still on a bottom floor as we speak. Truly, a 10 out of 10 place to live

Lived here a year ago with my former roommate, they never ever had clear communication with me and only him, no matter how many times I’d tell them to put me in the system they wouldn’t, even walked in with them meeting with my roommate about renewing the lease without any knowledge whatsoever, their maintenance men pulled our dryer out once and ruined the paneling on the floor, called them to come fix it just for them to slab a glob of paste that I could’ve done myself, don’t come here if you are roommate cuz they will not communicate with you.

Good place to live, office and maintenance staff is very nice and easy to contact. Ive worked with Alison for several years now and she can answer any and all questions you have. The rent is decent price considering everything you get. Would highly recommend to anyone
