West Campus Lofts, waco-tx

I’ve lived at Campus Lofts for two years now, and while my first year was great, this second year has been on a whole new level. Audrey and Caroline have really made the experience outstanding. They treat you like a person, not just a tenant, and they genuinely care about making you feel comfortable and at home. It’s clear they’re not just here to collect rent—they’re here to make this a great place to live. I also want to give a huge shout-out to Roman in maintenance. His hard work, quick responses, and overall thoughtfulness never go unnoticed. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and genuinely cares about the residents and the property. You can feel the passion and pride from the entire team, and it makes a real difference in the day-to-day experience. On top of that, the amenities here are seriously underrated. Having an in-unit washer and dryer is a game changer. The pool is beautiful and actually feels like a resort spot in the summer. And the free coffee? I grab it almost every day. The rent is honestly a steal for everything that’s included. I’d definitely recommend living here. P.S. Everything is within walking distance, which makes it even more awesome being located downtown.

Absolute mystery how this place is still well rated on here. They will tell you that you get a 400$ gift card if you sign the lease within 24h of making contact but never give you the gift card. They haven’t cleaned the hallways in months (dead roaches and garbage spill everywhere). Their doors aren’t opening well, or closing well. They chose to lock the property exits instead of fixing the doors. The property trash has been overflowing for the past 3 weeks. They do not bother to call police for trespassers. Don’t waste your money here.

I want to start off by saying I absolutely love living at West Campus Lofts. This is the most quiet and calm place I think you could live at in Waco, Tx. Caroline and Audrey, the two lovely ladies in the office, are honestly very top notch workers. Moving here from Arizona they made the entire process extremely easy for me. They are always and have been attentive to any problems Ive experienced (which really are none because this place is great). Outside of their incredible work ethic they are a friendly face to see when getting a package or mail from the office.

High end Apartments that’s affordable, perfect for students or young people like myself. Plenty of community amenities , And Friendly Staff! Audrey and Caroline are always on top of things and will help you when you need! When you come West campus Lofts it’s like having a big family around you! 5 Stars All day long!

I love living here, but the best part is management! Caroline and Audrey are the absolute BEST!! The smiling faces the friendly attitude and the family atmosphere is amazing! It’s what you want home to feel like! Keep it up girlies!! You’re the BOMB.COM
