Do not live here. My daughter put up with A/C system that was constantly broken, animals in the ductwork, cockroach infestation that caused her next door neighbors to break their lease. She chose to stay because one bedrooms are few and far between. The apartments are worn and management is unresponsive all the while overcharging for rent. They misrepresent the Union property immensely-piggy backing off of the sister property URSA. She is still getting move out charges for services that they say they failed to distribute throughout the year as well as cleaning and replacement of items that do not make sense. There are better places in Waco.

Terrible resident support. Would not recommend this to anyone I care about! Have a good friend who has been on the loop with their management team about getting reimbursed for an $800 electiric bill (for the month management turned the heater on). They agreed to pay and it has been 5 months with no payment after having them promise it is coming soon every month that she reaches out again. She has called once a week since December and hears something new every time.

I have really enjoyed living here. Maintenance is always there to help you out and work orders get done very efficiently. The staff are all super friendly and helpful if you ever need anything. For the price, it is everything you could need. Furnished, with a nice outdoor space to hangout/study when the weather is nice. It's also a block from a bus stop, so if you don't want to pay for the expensive Baylor parking pass, you could definitely make it work. Great place, great people, great price.

10/10 would NOT recommend living here. Since I’ve been here the hot tub has NEVER worked. Our sink as leaked at least 3 times. Our oven stopped working and maintenance came in and replaced it and scratched up our floors. Anytime leasing agents or maintenance come to our apartment they NEVER knock. They just walk in. Which resulted in us having to continuously lock the dead bolt. Had an agent ask why we had our dead bolt locked. After she tried to just Waltz in our home. And then proceeds to catch an attitude about it being locked. If you put in a work order it will take days and several phone calls about why it hasn’t been done yet. We also have noisy upstairs neighbors. I’ve called the office more than 10 times about the problem. They say they’ve spoken with them but it continues to be a problem. I called backed and asked if I should just call the police. They stated that they would handle it and it has YET to be done. All in all it’s not worth the headache to live here. They don’t take care of their residents the way a apartment complex should. I seriously urge anyone who sees this to not give this place your hard earned money because they don’t deserve any of it. Worst apartments ever.

Today was move in day and the apartment was filthy. I would give a 1 star, but Justin, customer service representative, was very helpful and contacted someone to clean the apartment!
